In another division, we also produce NanoWorks, a high‑performance metal friction surface modifier jointly developed with the Waseda University Faculty of Science and Engineering’s Comprehensive Research Organization. We are committed to offering high‑quality products—whose effects can truly be felt—at reasonable prices.
Star Minamisenju, as part of our real estate business, obtained its lodging business license in November 2025 as the second accommodation facility following Waseda Star. The property has been fully renovated and is now operated and managed by our company.
We hope to play a small part in helping visitors from around the world discover the many wonderful aspects of Japan, our small island nation.

The nearest station, Minami‑Senju, offers excellent access with three available lines: the JR Ueno–Tokyo Line, the Tsukuba Express, and the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line. Thanks to the redevelopment of the station‑front area, new residences and various commercial facilities have been built, making it a comfortable and convenient neighborhood.
From the pedestrian crossing over the railway tracks, you can see the Tokyo Skytree. Asakusa, a popular sightseeing spot among international visitors, is just 10 minutes away by bus from a nearby stop. Ueno is only three stations away—about six minutes—providing outstanding transportation convenience.
