With its large plunge pool and private outdoor area, this home is designed for relaxation and enjoyment.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious, open-plan living area adorned with polished timber floors and colorful soft furnishings, creating a welcoming holiday atmosphere. The full-length verandah overlooks the backyard, providing a tranquil spot to unwind and soak up the sunshine.

Modern amenities including Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room plus the master bedroom, and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher ensure your stay is as comfortable as it is convenient. Relax and unwind with entertainment options including two TVs, two DVD players, and a stereo/CD player. Ceiling fans, a pedestal fan, and a box fan heater are provided for added comfort.

Outside, the fully fenced front yard offers a safe space for pets to roam, while the large plunge pool beckons for refreshing dips on warm days. With balcony furniture for outdoor dining and relaxation, this home is perfect for enjoying the coastal lifestyle.

Relaxing Holiday

After two years of Covid and having all holiday plans delayed it was so lovely to have a beach holiday. Roz and Katie at Utopia were lovely and so accommodating. We had a true holiday for the first time in 2 years. We will definitely be back. Great location and comfortable house. Our fur kids loved it!

Relaxing Peregian Beach

A very comfortable pet-friendly stay at Peregian Beach - handy to unleashed dog beach area. Full security and fly screens, ceiling fans, awnings and plantation blinds help to combat heat from western sun along with relaxing swimming pool area. Undercover hanging area makes up for no dryer. 2nd bedroom gets a bit of noise from David Low Highway but closing the window at night reduces it.

Very clean and tidy property.

Good overall, very clean and tidy property close to the beach with plunge pool and secure yard for our small pet dog. Excellent bathroom with separate toilet, living area open plan with patios front and back. Unfortunately like so many properties the downsides are uncomfortable bed and cane chairs that are difficult to relax in. No WI Fi and no Chromecast on the TV. Hense the reason for four star rating. But all in all a good spot for visiting the Sunshine coast short stay.

Very Good

I loved the place close to the beach and shops. I would go back to this house it had everything that I needed. The only thing I did not like was the road noise. If you close the windows and doors, it makes it a bit quieter. But then it becomes hot inside even though the house has fans. All they need is one big A/C unit in the middle of the lounge/dining room. Maybe free Wi-Fi. Apart from that a very good place to stay

Nice quiet & private .only thing missing was a small outside Bbque and some budget steak knives as cooking in the house causes the house to smell and a bit of a mess .but in saying that the house was in nice walking distance to beach & a quiet front pool to swim in ,beds were of a fair comfort. The pool filter was not letting any water through so the pool got fairly dirty but I,m sure it is fixable thank you for the accom and easy to go. To Neil

We really enjoyed ourselves

Great location being so close to the dog beach. Place was spotless. It’s a great little property. We found the beds not so great and there’s a constant loud dripping on to the outside pool pump shed when it rains, but once we closed the window, it was fine. It could do with air conditioning in the bedrooms as you really can’t have either bedroom windows open. We’d definitely go back though. It’s like a 300m walk to the dog beach and a 1km walk or so to the shops. We really enjoyed our stay there. It had everything we needed. Ohh, it doesn’t have a bath as pictured in the photos. Bathroom has been renovated and doesn’t include a bath but is lovely.
