Situated in beautiful Mountain Creek this holiday house is central to all the Sunshine Coast has to offer. Only minutes away from some of Australia's most pristine beaches, shopping and family activities such as Underwater World, you'll be sure to find something to suit your lifestyle.
A short 5min drive will uncover Mooloolaba beach and esplanade, the Mooloolaba Spit and Mariner. Sunshine Plaza (one of Queensland’s largest shopping complexes) is only a 10min drive.
The local supermarket is 3km away and incorporates Woolworths, chemist, newsagent, bakery, liquor store, butcher, medical centre, hair salon and a coffee shop.
Kawana Shopping World is located 5km from the home and includes over 150 stores with a huge choice from fashion to homewares, beauty and relaxation services.

If relaxing at home is more your thing, you can enjoy the private swimming pool or just lounge around in one of the four immaculate living areas.
The home includes a large family room with Smart TV, Netflix and DVD

We loved everything about the house

Very comfortable, clean and convenient place to spend a long weekend (or longer).Lachlan left much more than the basic staples for us to eat. It was perfect.I plan to book it again, definitely recommended.

Fantastic place to stay near Mooloolaba

My family had a fantastic 2 week stay at this property. It was exactly as described in the listing and we couldn't have asked for more. It was in a great location and had plenty of space for the family to spread out. We loved the pool area and made very good use of the outdoor dining space. All the little extras, particularly the beach and pool accessories were very thoughtful and appreciated. Lachlan was a great host and the communication from him was excellent. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone staying on the Sunshine Coast, particularly family groups. We will definitely be staying again. Thanks for a winderful base for our holuday.

Fantastic Getaway

Perfectly located to all attractions & eateries. Amazing house with a great set out & facilities. The description of the property is true to the listing. Loads of attention given to make our stay wonderful. Our host, Lachlan was easy to contact & most accomodating. We loved staying here & highly recommend any future bookings. We will be back!

Home was in a good location and very much suited to the needs of our family and our small dog with a well fenced safe garden for both children and dog. Home was clean and pantry and fridge was stocked with essential items like bread, butter, milk etc.

The house was beautiful, very spacious, matched the photos and descriptions, was clean and tidy, and overall was a great house to stay in, in a great friendly neighbourhood. Lachlan was also a very friendly and accommodating host, seems like a very lovely bloke :)

Lachlan's place was absolutely amazing. The pantry was so well stocked, so many games and movies for the kids to keep themselves entertained and the pool was a delight. Our family including our little fur baby had the best time. Thanks Lachlan

Comfortable deluxe resort style accommodation for families

Lachlan, our host, treated our family as a priority, from our first enquiry to the conclusion of our stay at his Mountain Creek home. The home was beautifully presented, it felt like we were staying in a deluxe family resort. We opened our fridge on arrival and we’re treated to a very generous grazing platter, and a selection of condiments. Our pantry was filled with a variety of sweet and savoury treats, condiments, coffees, teas, spreads and cereals. An afternoon in the pool on arrival was such a pleasure. We enjoyed most of meals at the undercover outdoor table setting, which also boasts an outdoor kitchen. The Sheridan linens and towels added an extra touch of elegance to our stay. The location of the property is quiet. The palm trees in the garden promoted the tropical feel, and provided canopy of privacy. Our stay was a joyful experience, we’d love to stay at Lachlan’s Mountain Creek home again.

Highly recommend this property. The owner went far beyond what we expected. The property is clean, well presented, has additional things like pool toys, scooters, highchairs etc. We were taken by surprise about the thoughtfulness and the additions that we didnt expect.
