The issues you described — cold showers, parking not in the building, dirty pools, outdated TVs, and odors in the room and hallways — are unacceptable. We will investigate the hot-water/temperature issue and arrange deep cleaning and odor. We’ll also review how parking is described so future guests aren’t surprised.
