Boooking process was great. Easy peasy. check in day arrives, we get notification room is ready EARLY! That was fantastic! Get to Anderson Ocean Club, backed up and unable to unload for a good while. No carts available the entire time we were there. We were told nothing they could do about it because people keep them in their rooms. Get to the room.... its not bad. Its dark. The lightinng is very poor and lights they do have flickered most the time. Good luck finding channel. The guides they habe arent even for the TVs they have. Only a few of the wall plugs gave out power to charge phones and other devices in the rooms. You have to be extremely strong to open the sliding glass door in the living room! I finally just gave up and used the bedroom balcony when going out there. We did not do a linen package. However was expecting a little bit more with blankets on the beds.. they are the 20 dollar paper thin grey comforters from Wal-Mart. NOW... lets talk about the checking out process... I not only rented out 2 units privately myself in the past but i was also the one that cleaned after every check out. So i know how nasty and disrespectful other people can be in other peoples homes. So I always go beyond to make sure I leave a place as clean and good as I can just out of respect for the owners. I receive a text from Jenny at the rental company that i have abused this unit and her homeowners will be reimbursed for this and that my card was charged. I immediately thought t

Fun Myrtle Beach Trip

Great locations. The unit was clean and the location was close to all the fun MB has to offer. Perfect for families since the unit has two separate bedrooms. Unit is managed by a third party management company so be aware. You have to go in person to get your check in package with the code before you can actually check in which was somewhat inconvenient considering they could have emailed the code. However, The management company’s location is very close to the property location so we didn’t have to drive very far out of the way and the employee at the management company was very friendly and helpful. We had a great Easter getaway and would book this location again.

Myrtle Beach vacation

Excellent check in service and location. Have stayed at Anderson many times but apparently all units are not as nice as others.Unit was comfortable but needs to be updated. Comforters on all 3 beds were an inexpensive, worn, drab gray and did not appear clean. They had white stains and oil spots on them. Bought and used our own pillows and comforters.

Amazing/Like home

When we viewed the photos of this unit online, they were spot on, but don’t be fooled, it was much bigger in person. Everything was clean, large, comfortable. The pool area was nice. My only grumble was the parking. If you choose not to valet, it can be a slight annoyance, but the staff make sure you’re taken care of. This unit was well stocked, the communication with staff was excellent and we were even able to check in slightly early, which was a plus. It’s a very short drive to Broadway at the Beach (have dinner at Paula Deans, you won’t be sorry) and Barefoot Landing. If you want the best ice cream in Myrtle, Kirk’s is literally a short walk away. Loved staying in this until, and would absolutely come back. The view of the beach is amazing too!

Great location, lots of different size pools, lazy river. No lifeguard or employee to oversee pool area. Valet/Busboys were super friendly and professional.

Great stay

We came to Myrtle beach for my husbands birthday and we liked this unit. Anderson Ocean club is one of best in Myrtle beach !!! Upon arrival we had a little issue our Refrigerator was leaking . I called maintenance and they came within few min and fixed the problem. I was surprised how fast they reacted and solved our problem. The management was super helpful and sweet. Now the Unit itself had great views . We loved having breakfast on the patio . Rooms were great size clean . I do wish they had left us extra dishwasher soup since we only had one and becouse we made food at the unit we had to go buy some but that was minor . Over all great pools beach is clean . Laundry in unit which is helpful. We will definitely order from the company again for our future trips. We had 2 families and it was perfect for our party of 5 . I highly recommend !!!

Horrible

THIS CONDO SHOULDN’T HAVE BEEN RENTED. As soon as I walked in the condo it stunk. Apparently the carpet has been wet before from the refrigerator leaking and old. I discovered this when the shelves became full of water a couple of days in. When I investigated I found where the water was dripping from and put a glass there to catch the water. I had to empty the glass several times. The moldy smell was horrible. When I vacuumed the floor the smell got worse. Probably kicking up mold spores. The mattresses were worn out and hard. The kitchen sink faucet was leaking and had to turn it just right to get it to stop leaking. The toilet had a drip. There was no air blowing out the vent in the master bedroom. There was a carpet on the balcony that also was nasty and stunk. The information book in condo hadn’t been updated since 2010, I figured nothing else had been updated either and if it had you’d have a hard time convincing me. The cleaning lady came in as we were leaving and I mentioned these things to her and she said “oh we’re going to take the carpet out.” The condo shouldn’t have been rented. If I had known in the beginning that we were being exposed to mold I would have refused this property. And a Hilton of all places. I would have given this place a 0 if there were an option. I should get my money back for the disservice my family and I endured. Especially being exposed to mold. The view was great but couldn’t really be enjoyed since the inside smell was a constant nag.

Enjoyed our stay

Condo was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The building was clean and easy to navigate. Building employees were very friendly and accommodating. We had one maintenance issue that required a call to the property manager, which was resolved quickly and satisfactorily. Overall, we had a very good experience, would recommend it to others, and would stay again. A few things that I did not know prior to our stay that may be helpful to someone else: *Master bed was firmer than I personally prefer but my husband liked it and I slept fine. Double-beds in the kids room were a bit plusher and very comfortable. *The unit is located on the 11th Floor. Great view, no noise from pool deck, quick elevator, minimal noise from hallway. Extremely easy to access pool & beach. In less than 5 minutes, you can get from the condo to waters edge. *Parking is in parking garage 1 block behind property. Easy to get to but a bit of a hassle for carrying in groceries, etc. We ended up using our beach wagon for these trips. (You can pull into property, drop off people and / or items but it’s pretty hectic.) *The building next door has the brightest LED lights you can imagine that are on from sunset to sunrise. All windows have great blackout curtains that keep the light from interfering with sleep. And it isn’t obnoxiously bright on the balcony where the seating is. I was disappointed to not have the natural light waking me up in the mornings but that is literally my only complaint about our stay.

Roomy, beautiful views, great location and price for off season stay!

This was our first stay in Myrtle beach for my family - the rooms were clean and spacious enough for 4 adults and 2 children. Enjoyed early morning sunrise view from the balcony. Easy access to the beach and we were appreciative of the heated pool during this time of year. Hope to be back soon!

We had a great week, good weather, and lots of fun. Property was in a great location that we could walk to the boardwalk and within a couple of miles of other events. Very clean and staff was accommodating. Only issue, the microwave went out on our second day there. Just very much missed the convenience.

First time back to Myrtle in 15yrs

We literally haven't been to Myrtle Beach for 15 years! We always stayed way up in North Myrtle, but having a little one, we wanted to be closer to things. This unit did not dissapoint! Very clean, spacious, the kitchen was well stocked and the linen package included plenty of towels for our 6 days. Only 2 suggestions...the master king mattress was pretty hard and uncomfortable. It definitely wasn't the same type of mattress as in the other bedroom! Other suggestion would be to add ceiling fans if possible, at least in the bedrooms. We will most definitely return, the condominium itself was great with all of the pools and the included mini golf!

Spacious, Clean & Comfortable Ocean Front Condo

This 2 bedroom condo was clean, which is of utmost importance to me. It had adequate storage for all our belongings, even beach chairs and toys since the closets were spacious and the entry way had plenty of space. The kitchen was pretty well-equipped making meal preparation & clean up easy. The furniture was clean and comfortable! We utilized the linen service, which provided plenty of towels...not just one per person, which I very much appreciated. The only thing I didn't love about the linen service is that I had to make the beds myself. Not a huge inconvenience, but also not the first thing I want to do when kicking off a vacation. Overall, this property is great for mid-sized families and provides a comfortable and enjoyable stay! The management company of this property is also very delightful to work with...extremely helpful, available and super friendly!!

Beautiful location, wonderful place to stay!!!

This was a great place to stay for our spring break vacation. Room was very clean and well appointed. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. They included beach chairs and some toys for the kids. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great Myrtle Beach vacation!!!

Great ocean views

We are already planning on booking again. The condo balcony was perfect for morning coffee and relaxing after a walk on the beach. Parking was not the best but valet is available.
