5 mins walk from The Harbour, The Rooms, and all the fun of Downtown St. John’s!

Eden Hill Residence is a bright, comfortable space thoughtfully set up for both short and extended stays. Walk up to the top two floors of this classic three‑storey home and step into your own private retreat. Upon entry, you’ll pass through a shared foyer with two doors; your unit is through the red door, secured with an electronic lock for your privacy and peace of mind.

The Space

Inside, the space is thoughtfully furnished with comfort and rest in mind, featuring:

A cozy living area to unwind after a day of exploring.

A functional kitchen with everything you need for light cooking and simple meals.

A clean, updated bathroom for a refreshing start and end to your day.

Two restful bedrooms, each with a queen bed, fresh linens, ample storage, and soft lighting for a calm, relaxing sleep.

Large windows flooding the home with natural light and harbour views.

In‑suite laundry (new and in excellent working order), parking pass, and high‑speed Wi‑Fi.

The décor is simple, stylish, and intentionally designed as an oasis of quiet and peace, with colours and fixtures chosen to support deep rest and retreat. St. John’s, Newfoundland offers plenty of excitement and activity just outside your door, but when you step inside, the atmosphere is calm, soothing, and recharging so you can reset between adventures. Every detail—from the palette to the lighting and furnishings—has been selected with both psychology and functionality in mind, helping you unwind, sleep well, and wake up ready to enjoy your next day in the city.

Family of 4, stayed in July. The place is in a great location to walk to many of the key locations in St John’s including - Downtown (Water St, George st, The Rooms - which you can see from the place). Tourist note that if you want an excellent view of the Harbour and city eat at The Rooms cafe. Tim Horton’s is also across the street if needed. Found the host very helpful and responsive. One small note is make sure you find out how to lock the door from host. If you aren’t used to the door lock system it might be tricky. It is easy once you know. We would happily recommend the place to those looking for a clean, centrally located accommodation.

As it was my husband and I in the rental property we were very pleased with the space. Very clean , nicely decorated, host had very clear instructions re:parking pass and the check in process. Pleased with the amenities. Dish washer, washer and dryer, pots and pans, soap for laundry and dishes included. We appreciated the host touching base with us and answering our questions in a timely manner. The Tim Horton’s across the street was a bonus. Many thanks for your help Kingsley.

Great location, and cute place, the Netflix worked too , so that was a bonus for a rainy day, we didn’t cook much but there was everything there if we wanted to, the bathroom fan has a unique noise ( we were warned about) if you are a light sleeper and it’s windy out I recommend staying in the back room lol, overall great place to sightsee St. John’s :)

Eden Hill Residence is my way of sharing that spirit, a safe haven in the heart of St. John’s where adventurers can recharge after hiking our scenic trails, exploring vibrant downtown life, or discovering local art and culture. Eden Hill Residence is perfectly located in the heart of downtown St. John’s, just a five-minute walk from the harbour and the lively downtown core, and only three minutes away from The Rooms, one of Newfoundland’s most iconic cultural landmarks. The building’s ground floor is surrounded by great local restaurants, making it easy to enjoy the best of the city right outside your door. From the front step, you can see Signal Hill sitting majestically on the horizon, adding a touch of natural beauty to the urban scene. What I love most about this neighborhood is how vibrant and convenient it is, you’re truly in the middle of everything. To make your stay even easier, we provide a street parking pass for one car.
