Driftwood nightmare

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

This property is definitely not up to Sanctuary Vacation Rental standards. While the location was good, the house is a n mess than satisfactory condition. We dealt with the washer catching on fire which we had to buy and replace, clogged sinks, windows that literally fall out in your hand when you slide them open, an ice maker in the fridge that never worked, wet floors in the primary bathroom because there’s no enclosure on the shower and furniture and decor that is less than acceptable. In addition, there are open holes in the drywall, the garage only fits a single car, the “third bedroom” is really more of a den as you have to leave the room and Oas’s through the laundry area to access the 2nd bathroom and the HVAC is inoperable.
