This home welcomes up to 2 dogs with an additional, non-refundable pet fee of $150, per pet, plus tax. Please be advised that dogs are not permitted in the pool.
If the request is made the pools will be preheated - we are unable to accommodate requests for specific temperatures. The pool pump and heater are set on a schedule and will turn on and off automatically based on the schedule. The heat is set to 85 degrees during the wintertime. If the temperature is increased, the utility fee will be increased, so please do not adjust the pool temperature, you will be charged extra. Please follow these instructions to avoid causing damage to the pool equipment. Damage caused by guest will result in additional charges.
