This property is strictly NOT for parties, events, functions, or schoolies groups.
No smoking allowed on the premises.
We value our apartment and respect our neighbours, so any reports of parties or disturbances will be investigated. Guests may be asked to vacate immediately if necessary. This is a peaceful property, best suited for small families or friends seeking a quiet and relaxing stay.
CLEANING CHARGES
The cleaning fee covers a standard clean. Additional charges may apply if the property is left with garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, or cigarette smell, which requires extra cleaning or replacement.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Please note that fencing works will be taking place around both the lagoon and lap pools starting Monday, 16 March 2026.
Work will run from 8 am daily with some unavoidable noise; contractors will keep noise to a minimum and pause between 12 pm–1 pm.
The lap pool will be closed 17–18 March for concreting and fence replacement, reopening on 19 March.
Lagoon pool fencing work will continue 16–20 March, but the pool will remain accessible as only small sections will be worked on at a time.
