If you love the serenity country feeling, this is the place for you,Private one bedroom Apartment with it's own entrance, free parking set in a 2 acre lot with beautiful trees surrounding the home, it has it's own 3 piece bathroom, full kitchen with microwave, fridge, coffee machine everything you need, etc, main town for shopping and restaurant is about 10 minutes away.

Quiet, Very private, very cozy, it has everything they need, close by to shopping area and local restaurant, community park, lake, skiing.
Gorgeous view, clean air, our water is fully filtered, you can control your air conditioning and heating. It has a queen size bed and a a single couch that pulls down to a single bed, we have a full kitchen with fridge, stove/oven, microwave a full 3 piece bathroom, 6 seater dining tabl, electric fireplace and tons of dresser space, cable tv, stereo with vinyl record/CD/radio/ bluetooth.

The apartment has its own entrance to the apartment.
Parking is maximum of 2 car, you definitely need a car to get around because of being in a rural neighborhood, but nearest towns are only 10 minutes away (Orangeville, Erin and Mono) and lots of awesome restaurants around.
Parking is free in town everywhere
Other things to note, I would greatly appreciate if you leave the apartment as clean as you found it. I have all cleaning products, brooms and paper towels etc... to be used and ask me if you need anything else. Thank you very much
