One bedroom self contained apartment with seperate lounge, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom that has a view of the lake from every room. You can go out the gates and walk down the stairs to be in the township of Wanaka within 2 minutes dining at the cafes, restaurants, shopping, swimming in the lake, walking or jogging around the lake. Lismore Park is on the other side of the road for a walk up the hill for a panoramic view of the township of Wanaka. Being so central to town but a lovely quiet apartment. There are many mountain bike riding tracks and the winter is always busy with skiing. Large TV with WIFI if you just want to relax and order takeaways in for the night after a busy day. There is a free carpark above the house.
Cleaning fee amount includes the linen fee.
