• Sleeps up to 8 adults, 11 all together if children ages 13 and under are included. This applies 24/7. Parking for 2 large SUVs or 3 smaller vehicles in the driveway - note the garage is locked and not available for use.

The open living area brings everyone together around the wood-burning stove style fireplace, with a 49-inch TV, DVD player, two sofas, and an armchair. The updated kitchen features granite countertops, a Samsung French door refrigerator, GE stove/oven, GE dishwasher, and GE microwave, along with small appliances including a Cuisinart air fryer/toaster oven, electric tea kettle, toaster, blender, crock pot, waffle maker, and rice cooker. The coffee setup includes a Keurig, Black and Decker 12-cup drip coffee maker, and French press. The dining table seats 6.

You're just minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. Heavenly and Sierra-at-Tahoe are a short drive away, and in summer, Lake Tahoe's beaches, parks, and family attractions are close at hand.

Families will find several fun attractions nearby. In summer, Tahoe Trout Farm is a longtime local favorite. Magic Carpet Golf offers classic mini-golf fun. Adventure Lake Tahoe provides guided tours, bike and paddle rentals, and seasonal activities.

Property and Booking Information:
We manage several nearby homes, so if you're planning for a larger group, we can help coordinate multiple properties. Once your reservation is confirmed, you'll receive a rental agreement for signature. The home will be stocked with a starter supply of essentials including soaps, paper products, and one set of linens and towels. For longer stays, guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies and use the in-home laundry. During winter months, a 4x4, AWD or chains on your vehicle is strongly recommended due to mountain roads and winter conditions.

Key ordinances include:
• Occupancy and vehicle limits must never be exceeded
• Street parking is prohibited
• Outdoor areas may not be used after 10 p.m.
• Trash must be secured in bear box in driveway (pickup Wednesday; instructions provided)

Pets are not allowed in this home, but we can help locate a dog-friendly property for trained Service or ESA animals. NoiseAware monitors decibel levels in a privacy-safe way to protect quiet hours. Exterior cameras monitor parking compliance only and no indoor surveillance is used.
No smoking/vaping on the property (inside or outside).
No weddings, events, or bachelor/bachelorette parties.
BBQ's, if provided, may not be available during red flag warnings or extreme winter events.
