LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
The open-concept living and kitchen area is designed for comfort and easy gathering. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and ample counter space. The adjoining living room offers comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the screened in porch, where you can step outside and take in sweeping views of the the Bon Secour River, perfect for morning coffee while looking for dolphins or unwinding at sunset. There is also free WIFI for reliable connection throughout the condo.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This house participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

This home features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed for a relaxing retreat, while the second bedroom includes two twin-over-twin bunk beds, perfect for kids or additional guests. Once you go up the stairs to the home all the bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces are all one floor. With a thoughtful layout and plenty of space, this home is ideal for families or small groups looking for a comfortable and convenient coastal getaway.

This raised riverfront home features a screened-in patio overlooking the river, perfect for unwinding after a day on the water. The private pier includes a covered boat dock with a boat lift and a convenient fish cleaning table, making boating and fishing easy and enjoyable. Guests can also take advantage of two kayaks with paddles, as well as a crab trap, offering endless opportunities to explore and experience the river right from the property.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
You must be 25 years of age or older to rent. This is a non-smoking property. No pets are permitted.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
