The Space:

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for easy holiday cooking, including a stovetop, oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, toaster, kettle, and fridge. Generous countertops and ample storage make preparing meals simple and convenient. The comfortable living room features two sofas, a coffee table, and a smart TV, creating the perfect space to relax after a day at the beach or unwinding in the complex pool and spa. The area flows seamlessly into the dining space and kitchen, forming a bright and welcoming open-plan living area.



Both bedrooms are thoughtfully designed for comfort and enjoy direct access to a shared balcony, allowing natural light and fresh air to flow through the space. The apartment is approximately a 3 minute walk (165m) to Moreton Pde at Saltair Street, Kings Beach where bus services are available and operate to Maroochydore (northbound) and Caloundra Station (southbound).

*Access to the private terrace is via stairs.
