Inside, the apartment has been thoughtfully renovated with comfort and style in mind. The brand-new kitchen features fully integrated appliances including a coffee machine, combination oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. A cosy lounge area and dining space create a welcoming setting to unwind after a day exploring the local area. There is plenty of street parking available.

The bedroom space includes a luxurious king-sized bed, wardrobe and private ensuite bathroom with a washer/dryer.

Outdoors the balcony provides a serene space to relax with a book, share a glass of wine or simply take in the water views, framed by the native gums. There is a BBQ to enjoy al fresco dining as the sun sets over Pittwater below.
