Welcome to Phoenix VII 7508, your Gulf-front getaway in beautiful Orange Beach. This renovated condo combines modern coastal style with comfort and convenience, making it the perfect destination for families and groups.
The open-concept living area features floor-to-ceiling Gulf views, a 65” Smart TV, queen sleeper sectional, and comfortable seating for relaxing after a day at the beach. Step outside onto the spacious private balcony, complete with bar-height seating and breathtaking views of the sugar-white sand and emerald Gulf waters.
The primary suite offers a king bed, balcony access, and a renovated ensuite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom also features a king bed, while the third bedroom includes two queen beds, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. All bedrooms feature updated mattresses for added comfort.
The fully renovated kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, subway tile backsplash, stylish cabinetry, and a built-in under-counter ice maker capable of storing up to 35 pounds of ice — perfect for beach days and entertaining. The dining table seats six, with additional seating for three at the breakfast bar.
