Spread across two levels, this home offers a versatile layout that caters perfectly to families. Whether the kids are camping out in the bunk room or guests are enjoying the peace of the large tiered deck, there is a space for everyone.
The heart of the home is the upstairs open-plan living area. Large windows draw your eye straight to the shimmering waters of Lake Taupo and the silhouette of Mt Tauhara. Step out onto the deck for a classic Kiwi BBQ or simply to soak up the fresh air.
With two bathrooms to service the group, two heat pumps and plenty of room to store the holiday gear, your stay on Brunette Drive will be as seamless as it is scenic.

Bedding Configuration & Sleeping Arrangements
This home is ideally suited for up to 8 guests, with a total capacity of 9 if using the rollaway.
Bedroom 1: 1 x King bed (Upstairs)
Bedroom 2: 1 x Single bed with a pull-out Trundle underneath (Upstairs)
Bedroom 3: 1 x Double bed
Bedroom 4: 1 x Tri-bunk (Single over Double)
Note: The top bunk is best suited for older children/teens; for safety we kindly ask that very small children do not use the top level.
Note: the garage visible in some images is not available for vehicles.
Whether you are here to tackle the bike trails, enjoy some trout fishing, or simply relax on the deck with a good book, this home provides the perfect base for your Taupo adventures.
When making a booking request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and your plans for while you are in Taupō.
We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.
You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.
The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It`s your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.
All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.
All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.
