The Above Iris Estate is a private, gated 100-acre retreat located just 45 minutes west of Nashville in the countryside of Dickson, Tennessee. With 4,200 square feet of living space, four bedrooms, three full baths, and two half baths, the home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests.

The main-floor primary suite offers privacy and convenience, while three additional bedrooms upstairs along with a sleeping room give everyone their own space. The chef's kitchen and open-concept living area are made for groups — whether that's a big family dinner, a long weekend with friends, or a corporate retreat.

Outside is where this property truly sets itself apart. Spend the afternoon on the putting and chipping greens, cool off in the resort-style pool, or unwind in the hot tub as the sun goes down. The cabana with TVs gives you a great outdoor hangout spot in any weather. The one-acre pond and miles of creek running through the property make for a perfect morning walk, a fishing session, or just a quiet place to sit. With over 100 acres to explore, there's no shortage of space to spread out and make it your own.
