Perfect Family Vacation Home

The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and super clean. Amazing ocean views from the top deck, and beach access right across the street. The owners are fantastic and communication is great. Definitely recommend this home and we will be looking to book again!

Fantastic spot!

My family and I loved our stay in Holden Beach. Having the pool and easy beach access was wonderful for our group of seven, including two kids, parents, and grandparents. The house was exactly as described and had all of the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this house and look forward to returning.

Great Family Vacation

We had a wonderful week at oasis of the sea. The house and pool were everything we were looking for. Communication with Jaynee was great and she was quick to help or answer any questions we had. We would definitely recommend and will be back.

Everyone loved Oasis of the Sea!

House was amazing! My mother turned 80 this year and wanted “one more beach trip”. Oasis of the Sea was a perfect fit for our family of 12. Ages in our party ranged from 16 to 80 and everyone found the house to exceed expectations. Many great memories were made and we would love to come back someday.

The house was great. The pool heater not working was disappointing. You might want to wash the covers for the beds. One of them had a stain on it while we were making up the beds. Also, you might want to add the reset instructions for the elevator in the event of a power failure, which happened the second night and we had to get verbal instructions. It was great having Janie available via phone to answer questions.

Best Family Vacation—- Awesome home-GREAT HOST

Grandparents, and two families with 4 grandkids ages 11-15 had the best few days away! Beach access is directly across the street! Pool area was HUGE and kids loved the late nights swims! Communication with host was amazing! We will be back!!

Beware of this place

First of all, this place seems like a scam. During booking, you are either forced to put a triple digit deposit or buy an insurance. Eventually when I checked out, I was listed down a laundry list of so called "damages" to the property, we broke the elevator (which we used once and it didn't work since), dryer/washer damaged/water leak (we never used them during our stay, remotes and books missing (again no one used them or found them in the first place), colors on some side table, washer not on,.. the list goes on and on. Luckily I took the insurance, they had this whole list of reported items "damaged" and they filed insurance claim for repair. It was like, this insurance was used to fix many of their existing problems. My fault probably was not to have the place checked out in the first place. But who goes and checks if all appliances are working in order. You rent for a weekend , you go and have a good time. But this turned out to an ordeal. Apart of the insurance claims, I ended up paying apparently for a 30 min late checkout. I get that, but I have been renting all over east coast for a long time now and I have never had such experience. I am not a guy who usually reviews in detail, but this I thought I own to the others to watch out for.

Beautiful home with everything youll need and more.

The house was great and we found everything they had to perfect. The location was so close to the beach access and the parking was more than enough. We will definitely be staying at this house again.

A very fine house!

This home has a new, contemporary feel. The furniture, finishings, showers, and kitchen were great. I especially loved the large dining table, which can seat ten very comfortably. With its pool and very close beach access, it's definitely a place I would return to.

AMAZING PROPERTY

This property is absolutely amazing. The host are super friendly and very easy to communicate with. The house itself is huge. We had tons of room for our family with tons of extra space. The 2 living rooms were fabulous, giving everyone their own space to spread out. The house was super clean and had everything we needed from pots and pants to baking sheets to spices. We loved being able to see the ocean from the living room. The house also came with a wagon and tons of sand toys for the kids. The pool was very nice and so much sitting room around the pool. It was also super easy to get to the beach . Literally a minute or less. We were able to walk down the beach to the pier , which was great. Also super convenient to get back to the bridge. I would definitely recommend staying here in fact I already tried to book the house for our summer beach vacation. Hands down the best vacation home I’ve stayed in.

Perfect Beach House For Family

It was the perfect beach house to make memories for my baby’s first birthday. Made so many fun memories with my family. House is very spacious - more than enough space for 10 adults and 2 children. Property manager is extremely responsive and explained the check in and check out information thoroughly. It is a 2 min walk to the beach! The view from the dining area is stunning.

Perfect Multi Family Vacation Home!

The house was absolutely perfect with each bedroom having their own bathroom. We had multiple families staying here and we had plenty of space to spread out or gather all together. The two separate living spaces were great to have for youngers and olders. Beach access was right across the street from the house. The owners were extremely kind and were super easy to communicate with. They answered all of our questions before and during our trip. Would highly recommend this property if planning a visit to Holden Beach!

Great house for family/friend vacation

Great house with an ideal layout for multiple families with small children. Wonderful location and easy walk to beach. The street is rather busy but the backyard / pool area is fenced in a fairly private. Hosts were responsive and helpful. We had perfect September beach weather and didn't want to leave!

It offers 5 bedrooms with 5 baths so that you have ample privacy yet are able to congregate in one or both of the two family living areas (one on each floor). Kitchen with dining room and bar located on upper level which includes panoramic view of the ocean in front and the pool in back. You can see the surf come in from the Atlantic or boats sailing down the Intracoastal Waterway -- especially from the Crow's Nest on top of the house.
