The kitchen features clean white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, along with bar seating for three. Just beside it, the dining area includes a round table with seating for six, creating a comfortable space for shared meals.

Step outside to enjoy the screened porch or relax on the pool deck overlooking the golf course. The private pool and spa are complemented by ample lounge seating and space for al fresco dining, making it easy to spend the day outdoors.

The spacious primary suite includes a king bed, TV, and an en suite bathroom with double sinks, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. Two additional king bedrooms each offer their own bathrooms, while the fourth bedroom features two queen beds and access to a full bath with a shower/tub combination, ideal for families or groups.

The dimensions of the pool are approximately 25 ft by 12 ft. The pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.
