Welcome to your stylish retreat at Bentley Commons Fallsview Towns, where contemporary design meets world-famous attractions. This brand-new townhouse offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and sophistication. Set in a safe, walkable neighborhood minutes from the Falls, Fallsview Casino, and Niagara Convention Centre.

Enjoy a large multi-level unit with a main floor kitchen and living space. The upper level feature three bedrooms (queen beds) and are serviced by a 4PC Bathrooms. The lower level features 2 additional room with queen beds.

The units feature fully equipped designer kitchens with premium finishes, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Each unit features a total of 3.5 bathrooms featuring modern tile, glass showers, and sleek fixtures.

An In-unit laundry, private parking, and keyless entry for ultimate convenience. Each unit has a private outdoor terrace or balcony — ideal for morning coffee or evening wine.

Everything started off well enough but when there was a problem with the smoke detectors in the unit, communication stopped.Pros: Walking distance to the falls. Plenty of bedrooms & baths on 3 different levels. Convenient washer & dryer w/in unit.Cons: Balcony had no furniture so we didn’t use. Not a full set of eating utensils available.

I am former hotelier and have been involved in Niagara’s tourism and hospitality industry since I was ten years old. Having a history degree has led me to embrace Niagara’s colourful past and I can often be found conversing with guests on topics ranging from local geology to the wild wacky adventures of Niagara’s daredevils. I have traveled extensively in North America and Europe and can speak German, French, English, and Hungarian.

In between various stints in the local hospitality industry, I founded and still operate a software development firm which builds reservation and ticketing engines.

The other passion is the restoration of historical buildings.

The Bentley Commons Fallsview Towns Complex is a boutique development of 34 Luxury Townhomes located within walking distance to the Falls, Fallsview Casino Resort, and the Niagara Convention Centre. There are a multitude of shops, restaurants, and attractions in the Fallsview Tourist District.

Visitors to Niagara will find no other lodging alternative as unique as Bentley Commons. The complex is a new boutique development where each of the units come with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The units are tastefully decorated and offer warmth and comfort to the traveling public. The kitchens are fully equipped and also feature an in unit laundry and upper deck patio.

Larger groups can reserve multiple units adjacent to one another.
