Absolute lakefront in West Lakes, this brand new architect-designed home offers a calm, private space to unwind.

Wake up to water views, enjoy open-plan living with a high-end kitchen, and finish the day on the rooftop terrace overlooking the lake at sunset.

With four bedrooms, Large living area and secure parking, the home is well suited to families, small groups or professional stays seeking space, comfort and privacy.

Located just minutes from beaches, golf courses and local cafés, and only 20 minutes from the Adelaide CBD, you’re close to everything while still feeling completely relaxed.

The entire home is yours during your stay, including all bedrooms, living area, kitchen, rooftop terrace and parking. The property is private and not shared.

Guests will have full privacy, with support available if needed. I’m happy to assist with any questions during your stay.

This is a quiet residential area. We ask all guests to be respectful of neighbours at all times. No parties or events are permitted.

The property was beautiful inside and out, very spacious with beautiful touches and comfortable. We wish we had stayed longer to enjoy all the property had to offer. The host was easy to communicate with. The area is quiet and peaceful.There was a wonderful welcome pack to enjoy during our stay.

This property surpassed our expectations. It is a gorgeous home, with everything you need and a wonderful kind host. The cool drink and snack waiting for us was a pleasant end to our long journey back to Adelaide. Thank you, David, for opening your home to us. I’m based in Adelaide and set this place up to be straightforward, comfortable and well looked after.

I prefer things to run smoothly without overcomplicating the experience for guests. The home is set up so you can arrive, settle in quickly and enjoy your time without having to think too much about anything.

You’ll have full privacy during your stay. I’m easy to reach if needed, but otherwise I keep out of the way and let you enjoy the space.

I’ve always liked West Lakes for how calm it feels while still being close to everything. Being right on the water changes the pace a bit, it’s quieter, more relaxed, and a good place to switch off.

At the same time, you’re only minutes from the beach, golf courses, cafés and shops, and about 20 minutes into the city. It’s a really easy place to base yourself.

Being directly on the lake is what sets this place apart. It gives you space, privacy and a view that changes throughout the day.

The rooftop terrace is probably the highlight, especially in the evenings. It’s a good spot to unwind and take in the sunset over the water.

Inside, the home is designed to feel open and comfortable, with enough space for families or small groups to stay without feeling on top of each other.
