Bright, newly renovated 1-bedroom condo in the heart of downtown Vancouver. With floor-to-ceiling windows, central A/C, a 75” smart TV, and a full kitchen, it’s a comfortable, easy base for work trips or city getaways. There's a queen bed and a sofa bed for relaxing.

Building includes a gym/sauna/pool table/lounge/meeting area.

Walk to restaurants, cafés, shopping, beaches, Rogers Arena, BC Place, and more. SkyTrain is just a 10-minute walk away.

Ideal for a single professional or couple looking for a well-kept, centrally located stay.

食器洗い機をセットし、スタートさせる
使用済みのベッドリネンをすべて剥がす、使用済みのタオルをまとめておく、エキストラベッドを収納する
私物を持ち帰る、食べ残しや飲み残しを捨てる、ごみを出す
消灯する、ドアの鍵をかける、鍵を返却する
Turn-off air conditioner using thermostat. Leave the fobs and keys in the Condo.

Early check-in is allowed only after approval and subject to availability.
Late check-out is allowed after prior approval and will be subject to $35 per hour fee to recover cleaners' cost.
Late check-in allowed until 9:00 PM. Any check-in after 9:00 PM will have to be pre-approved and charged at CAD 100.

This place was the perfect place for me and my husband to spend a few days after arriving in Vancouver from our Alaskan cruise. The location is absolutely perfect. Short walk or uber ride to anything you would want to do in the area. Plenty of restaurants and a grocery store on the same corner of the building. The place was the perfect size and had everything we needed for the 2 of us and the kitchen was well equipped with anything we could need even though we only used it for coffee and a light breakfast in the morning. The place and the building are very clean and you have to have a key fob to get in and out of the building which makes you feel very safe and gives peace of mind that random people aren’t coming in and out of the building. The host was perfect and so helpful on places to go and things to do. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone. 10/10

The condo is in the middle of downtown and if a thriving midtown experience is your cup of tea, dive in. Compared to the US400 a night hotel across the street you get a cost saving kitchen and a living room for streeching out or just going “flomp” at the end of the day. There’s a hospital A&E nearby but we were only aware of the “bus” when the windows were open. There are a number of great restaurants nearby. I reccomend Earl’s for high end but relaxed dining. Reservations suggested but not required and easy to get. There plenty of things to see and do in Vancouver. The condo is near a stop for the “hip/hop off bus route. Try it out. We will book this condo on our next trip to Vancouver, and that’s high praise right there.
