Downtown is 13 minutes. Heritage Park is nearby. And when you're heading west, you're well positioned for an easy drive toward Banff.
Guest access Full private access to the entire guest suite. Private entrance, self check-in, and no shared spaces. Free street parking directly out front. The garage and backyard is not available for guest use.
The Cove is a registered short-term rental with the City of Calgary.
Other things to note - No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances inside the property. Smoking violations incur a $400 air restoration fee. - Quiet hours 10 PM to 7 AM per Calgary Bylaw. - No parties or large gatherings. - If something gets accidentally damaged, please let us know early. - Lorex doorbell camera at the front entrance.

We also love how easy it is to get around from here. Whether you are driving, taking transit, or heading west toward the mountains, it is a simple starting point.
It is the kind of neighbourhood that feels easy, safe, and quietly local, which is exactly what we want for our guests.
