• Do not dispose of cigarette butts or items from balconies – fines may be applied.
• Thermostat must not be set below 15°C and should never be turned off.
• Balcony doors must remain closed in extreme cold weather.

• The COLOURS BY BATTISTELLA is a privately-owned residential condo building with no specific services or amenities for rental guests. All confirmed bookings indicate guest agreement to adhere to the property's residential bylaws and community standards.
• You will have exclusive use of this apartment.
• The building is wheelchair accessible with a ramp at the entrance and an elevator to take you to your floor.
• Please note that keys for the unit must be picked up at an alternate KeyNest location before 10:00 PM.
• There is dedicated parking in the secure, underground parking garage for one vehicle at a cost of $15/night. Please inquire prior to arrival about a parking pass. There's also paid street parking nearby.
