Our stay was for 10 days. Cabin was well furnished and comfortable. Yard was well kept with a great dock for watercraft or fishing off of. Plenty of wildlife , canoe onsite peaceful lake community. Host went approve and beyond making sure our stay was comfortable, with recommendations for local trails and weekly local event's for our family.

A great base for exploring

We had a lovely time here. The house was clean and comfortable. Sandy is a wonderful host. We spent time just relaxing — watching the lake from the hammock, eating on the screened porch. But then there were so many places to explore nearby. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely cabin cozy and comfortable and clean. Great hosts informed us of local activities happening during our stay even took our family out for a pontoon ride around lake loon showing us amazing sites and the family of bald eagles our kids had a blast. Very nice dock for fishing off of or docking a boat or jet ski. Neighbors are very friendly and kind we had many great fires with them. Cabin is close to lake George and lake placid which was great for day trips. Plenty of trails to hike within a short travel distance. Our stay was for 10 nights and we will definitely be booking again.

Beautiful cabin in the woods

My family stayed here for four nights with our dog, and it was a great base for the Adirondacks. Close to the main road for travel to Schroon Lake and Lake George, but still remote enough to feel like an escape. The house itself was spacious and had every amenity we needed, including coffee and toiletries, and the backyard was perfect for a fire. We enjoyed eating at the table in the screened in porch and sitting on the swings on the deck. Very clean and nice decor for the "woods" feel. We had a great stay and would look to stay here again.

Thoughtful and considerate

Meeting Sandy was great. She showed us the property inside and out. We were all amazed how anything we might have forgotten was in the house for our use if needed. The screen porch seating with table was great for morning coffee and the bigger one with a swing and chairs worked for watching the birds and lake. My granddaughter caught a sun fish and she was so excited and wanted to fish all the time. We all had a wonderful time last week and hopefully someday will be able to return.
