The Space:

We do not accept schoolies group, please do not request this listing.



Cleaning: Please note the property is professionally cleaned between bookings. The towels and bed linen are professionally laundered, and consumables like hand wash, bathroom amenities and dishwashing liquid are provided.



As you enter this home, you will want to secure the the spacious master bedroom with queen bed, resort style ensuite and walk in robe all to yourself! The walk in wardrobe in the main room is big enough for a portacot if you want bub nearby but not right beside you.

Walk a little further and be welcomed into the expansive living, dining and kitchen area which opens onto the outdoor garden and entertaining area with BBQ. There are plenty of little spaces for the kids to explore and play.



Enjoy the ease of cooking on the kitchen's gas cook top and no need to wash up by hand there is a dishwasher in the fully equipped kitchen.



The three other bedrooms are to the rear of the house. One has a double bed and the other two have two single beds.



The house is located in Elysium, a new and highly sought after community estate in Noosa Heads, located in the popular and established Noosa Springs Golf Estate. There is a large outdoor pool for you to enjoy, a kids playground and splashpool, a gym, tennis court and a recreation club. The Noosa Springs Day Spa is a short drive away.



Guest Access:

The whole house is yours to enjoy! You also have access to the Estate's shared swimming pool, playground, gym, tennis court and recreational club.



The Neighborhood:

Elysium has a lovely community feel to it with mix of young families and retirees. It has a first class recreation club exclusively available to residents and their guests with a lap pool, tennis court, gym, resident lounge and mixed-use zones. There are plenty of walking trails and bike trails to explore, picnic and bbq areas are available too. It's only a short 8 minute drive to Noosa's main beach, Sunshine Beach and Gympie Terrace (the Noosa River). All of these areas have an array of restaurants and shops. The Noosa Junction, complete with two large supermarkets, a cinema and restaurants is only a five minute drive.



Getting Around:

You will need a car so that you can explore all that Noosa and the Sunshine Coast has to offer.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must comply with the Local Council code of conduct, and the general house rules.



This is a quiet residential suburb. This home is not suited to groups, neighbours must be respected and noise kept to a minimum.

We strictly do not accept ‘Schoolies’ or similar groups. Please don’t request a booking if you traveling for Schoolies or other events.

One small dog will be considered on application. We reserve the right to refuse accepting a pet. Please provide details of the animal and ensure to read the house rules, we have a $50 pet fee per stay.
