Quintessential Noosa Waterfront Home Heated Pool
Summary:
This impeccable waterfront abode is generous in size and beautifully appointed. The interior features lots of natural stone, timber and glass throughout. The high ceilings and bifold doors opening out to the waterfront create a wonderful indoor-outdoor living space, just perfect for a relaxed and memorable Noosa holiday. Ideally located at the end of the canal the home enjoys privacy and long water views.
The Space:
With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms this home is perfect for a large family, two families or up to 3 couples.
Upon arrival the long, beautiful hallway leads you to the large living room that spills out onto the lawn and waterway. The stunning kitchen with it’s generous marble island is definitely the heart of the home, and the kitchen is equipped with high end, integrated appliances for your convenience. The 8-seater dining table provides ample space for the whole family to gather around. Open up the bi-fold doors and turn on the fans to enjoy the mild Noosa climate, or in winter gather around the gas fireplace.
The heated swimming pool is a central feature with access directly from the living room. (Please note: the pool is heated to 28 degrees taking the "chill" off in the colder months).
Just outside the kitchen you also find an outdoor dining area featuring a large in-build BBQ and a stone pizza oven.
The master bedroom, complete with ensuite of course, is located adjacent to the living room. Equipped with a very comfortable 4 poster bed the timber doors lead out to the deck and a daybed - the perfect spot for an afternoon nap.
At the other end of the hallway is a second master bedroom, featuring a Queen size bed and ensuite. The toilet is just outside the room, adjacent to the laundry, and also serves as a powder room.
A further two ensuite bedrooms, one Queen and one Twin, are located upstairs and separated by a TV lounge.
The Neighborhood:
Ideally located in close proximity to the beautiful Noosa River, but also in walking distance to Hastings Street, Main Beach, shops and restaurants. 'Quamby Place' is just 500 metres away offering several iconic Noosa Restaurants including 'Rickys' and and 'Rock Salt'. The Noosa Ferry also stops at Quamby Place, as does the local bus. A sunset ferry ride is a must at least once during your stay!
Getting Around:
It's always best to leave the car behind if you are heading into Hastings Street or to Main Beach as car parks are difficult to find, especially in the holidays. It's a 20 minute flat walk to Hastings Street, Ubers and taxi's are generally easily available, and the nearest bus stop on Noosa Parade is only 200 metres away.
