Enjoy easy access to Highway One so you can explore the stunning Big Sur coastline to the south, or head north to destinations around the Monterey Peninsula or the other side of the bay to Santa Cruz and Capitola. There's so much to see and do for everyone in the family from hiking, beachcombing and scenic drives to golfing and boutique shopping in quaint Carmel-by-the-Sea.

This single-level, 2,100 sf home is located in a quiet, sought-after neighborhood in south Carmel, not far from the Crossroads and Barnyard Shopping Centers and numerous conveniences.

Comfortable furnishings welcome you into the home. The living area has a gas fireplace and a Smart TV (guests should bring the logins for their streaming subscriptions to view programming).

Restaurant options are abundant but when you want to dine-in, the well-equipped kitchen is ready to provide everything you need to prepare meals in the comfort of your own vacation home.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a standing shower.
Bedroom #2 has a king bed and a TV.
Bedroom #3 has a queen bed and a TV.
The full hall bathroom has a shower-over-tub combination.

A washer and dryer are conveniently located near the kitchen.

Parking for two modestly sized vehicles in the garage, and two more vehicles can park off-street in the driveway.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
