The Space:

Whether traveling as a family, a bachelorette party, or a group of friends, this home can truly accommodate it all with 3 separate bedrooms offering space and privacy when needed as well as plenty of open and engaging spaces for gathering and celebrating. Enjoy the fresh air and views of the surrounding area on the upper-level outdoor deck providing a shaded space for conversation and afternoon cocktails with lounge seating as well as a high-top dining table with room for 4. A downstairs deck facing the backyard offers even more outdoor seating, a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. In the mood for some competition? Tabletop shuffleboard and air hockey games will get the laughs going or turn your fun digital with gaming system in the upper-level game room featuring a comfortable sofa, smart TV, wet bar, and wine cooler.



On the main level, the open concept floor plan offers ample space for your group to spread out while offering opportunities to come together for memorable moments. The living room includes cushy sofa seating with an attached chaise lounge, as well as a large mounted smart TV to create the ideal locale for an immersive movie night. Steps away, the stunning kitchen features dreamy countertops and bright white cabinetry accented by stainless steel appliances, drip and Keurig coffee makers, toaster, and all the cookware and dining ware you need to whip up a delicious home cooked meal. Serve it al fresco on the deck upstairs or at the kitchen island with high-top barstool seating for 4.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a full size bed and smart TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.



Bedroom #3 includes a full size bed.



The home also includes a half bathroom as well as 2 additional full guest bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a shower/tub combo.

Garage parking is available for up to 2 vehicles with additional parking in the driveway.

This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $75 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

This is a beautiful property and the hosts went out of their way to accommodate a special request for us. I was on a girls trip and we all really enjoyed the property and the close proximity to downtown. We walked it a few times took 30 minutes to Broadway. The neighborhood is up and coming, but we felt safe and there were no problems. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

We pleased with the location, lay out, & cleanliness of the inside of the property!! We parked two SUV’s in the garage & a full size truck in the driveway…..so parking is perfect!! We had everything we needed….towels, throw blankets to snuggle under while watching a movie. There is a fenced in backyard, so we able to let our dog run around & explore without worrying!! The only issues needing to be addressed were the lawn needing to be mowed & the overgrowth of the bushes in the backyard. This wouldn’t have been an issue, but we would sit outside with fur baby sometimes. We brought this to management’s attention & we’re told these issues would be addressed for their next guests!!

This is a very nice house and everything was spotless. It was only 2 miles to the hot spots on Broadway, so less than 10 for 4 of us to Uber there. The property has 3 bedrooms, one on the top floor and 2 on the middle, so there is lots of privacy. The whole place seems to have been recently remodeled, so it's very fresh. The master shower is HUGE! The only reason I gave the location 4 stars is because there isn't much within walking distance. If you have a car, everything is close. We didn't want to deal with parking, so we just got taxis and Ubers everywhere. Overall, it was a great stay.

The home was even better than the listing. A lot of vacation rentals are older properties that have squeaky floors and just have an aesthetic makeover but this home felt new and was very well built and maintained. One of the better experiences I have had in all of the years of vacation rentals. Thank you so much!

The house itself was great and very clean. The area it was in, not so great. Homeless and trash all over the back ally of the property. Drugs being sold in the back ally. We didn't have any issues. The bedrooms could use some blackout curtains as it was very very bright as soon as the sun comes up. The front door could use a curtain as well. You can see inside the house from the street and even across the street can see in the front door, which wouldn't be an issue if the neighborhood was better. Uber was cheap from this location to downtown Broadway and very fast. Overall, this was a great stay, other than the neighborhood it is in.

Overall ok

First of all, the house is beautiful, but there were a few issues that could be easily fixable for the next renter. One bed had sheets not changed, grass was super tall and kitchen lacked in glasses. Other than that, the house was great. Not necessarily toddler friendly with all the stairs, but we only had adults so it worked great. The neighborhood is sketchy but we didn’t have any issues.

Convenient to Downtown

The house was very clean and super convenient for going back and forth to Downtown. I am glad I read the reviews so I was prepared for the neighborhood. Kitchen could be stocked a little better for those who choose to cook. Overall, I would stay here again.

Diamond in the rough

I recently had the opportunity to explore a fantastic three-bedroom, four-bathroom house that spans three floors, and I must say, it truly stands out in several aspects. The kitchen is nothing short of amazing, equipped with modern appliances and ample space that makes cooking and entertaining a delight. The master bathroom is equally impressive, featuring luxurious finishes and a serene ambiance that makes it a perfect retreat.This house also offers a great social atmosphere, with plenty of space for hanging out and enjoying time with family and friends. The proximity to downtown is a significant advantage, making it easy to access all the vibrant amenities the city has to offer. Additionally, having a garage is a huge plus, providing convenience and added security for your vehicle.However, the neighborhood is a bit of a mixed bag. While it is considered "up and coming," it does have its challenges. Although the neighbors around the property were friendly and welcoming, I noticed some concerning activity down the alley, which detracts from the overall appeal. On a few occasions, we encountered individuals asking for change when we were visible from the upstairs deck, which can be uncomfortable.In summary, this house is a gem with its impressive features and prime location near downtown. However, potential buyers should weigh the neighborhood's current state against the home's many positives. If you're looking for a great house with wonderful amenities

Diamond in the rough

The property is a diamond in the rough. When pulling in the alley to park the car it was a little concerning because of the unkept neighboring properties. However, we had no issues during our stay. The property offered us the convenience of being close to the event we were attending and downtown Nashville. It also offered a fenced in backyard for our dog and a secured two car garage. The home worked for us but you must be prepared to climb stairs. There are two levels with two bedrooms on level one and a suite on the top level. The home was for the most part very clean, although the walls were oddly scuffed, there was a broken chair, a broken light shade and some of the bathroom fixtures were loose, simple items that required attention. We would certainly consider staying there again.

Great house

We were warned about the neighbourhood being a little rough, but we never felt unsafe or had any issues. We only used car services and never walked anywhere. The house was great! Easy quick drive to Broadway and the airport. The house has two fantastic outdoor spaces and all the amenities, so you can enjoy breakfast or any other meal before venturing out. The beds were very comfortable, and the house was very clean. If you have mobility issues, I would not recommend this rental as there are a lot of stairs! All the necessities, such as toilet paper, towels, toiletry items, etc., were provided. We really enjoyed our stay and would consider staying there again.

Great Property

House was great, location was a little sketchy but no issues. House was well stocked with paper supplies. A small issue with the code not working but was able to call support and get another code to get in, it was a late flight coming in and this happened at midnight so I was extremely happy we could reach someone.

BEWARE…Unsafe Location and Dirty

VERY sketchy area by the projects. Started off by having to wait outside on the deck, not feeling safe, for over 30 minutes because the code they gave us for the doors didn't work and we had trouble getting ahold of someone. Was supposed to be a wonderful weekend with my daughter and grandkids. Instead after seeing how scary the area is, and hearing close gunfire, seeing a man passed out on the sidewalk outside and having to try to sleep to the loud shriek of sirens, they left to go to a hotel after being there only 12 hours! THAT was just for the surroundings!! INSIDE the kitchen and bathrooms were nice but there was dog hair all over the rug in the master bedroom, terribly stained couch and kitchen rugs and dirty white walls, which need repainted or at least wiped down. I typically don’t complain or write bad reviews but when it ruined our weekend with our kids having to move out, I had to say something. We asked for a refund so my husband and I could go to a hotel due to the unsafe area and basically was told they can’t help what happens around us. After I sent pictures of just a few of the dirty spots, they did refund a small cleaning fee, but that was a very small gesture compared to the high price we paid and we were still stuck with the filth and it didn’t bring our kids and grandkids back! We definitely will NOT be back! I definitely would NOT recommend this place ESPECIALLY if you have children.
