Hi Genevieve, thank you for taking the time to review All Decked Out. Apologies that you felt our communication wasn't ideal, however, we did send an email to you 7 days prior to your arrival advising you that this property did not supply linen and gave you the contact details for the local Bawley Point Linen Hire company, it is also advertised as linen not provided in the blurb. In regard to the additional cleaning fee, we did try and contact you multiple times via phone and email with the photo's of the unsatisfactory state that the property was left in, with the cleaner having to attend the property for an additional 3 hours. We had no response back from you. Additional cleaning fees are pre-warned prior to taking the fees. It is unfortunate that the review you have left will show negatively towards this property, when we as the agents provided all necessary information regarding linen and additional cleaning fees prior to your arrival and multiple attempts to try and contact you personally.
