Discover the tranquil beauty of the NSW South Coast at Mollymook Beach Cottage, a charming and relaxing holiday cottage nestled in idyllic Mollymook Beach. Boasting three spacious bedrooms that comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults, this cottage offers not only comfort but the perfect base for your south coast adventures.



Feel the cool sea breeze and soak up the beach vibes as you step out onto the balcony, or you might prefer to unwind by the fireplace in the cozy living area. The cottage is fitted with air-conditioning and ceiling fans to ensure optimal comfort at any time of the year.



The proximity to the beach, located just a leisurely stroll away, invites guests to enjoy the sun, surf, and sand. Additional nearby attractions include an array of tempting restaurants, 9 and 18 hole golf course, bustling cafe's, and local shops - all just a short drive away.



Fire up the BBQ and dine al fresco style, revelling in the outdoor entertaining space.



For those who prefer to stay connected, free Wi-Fi will cater to your connectivity needs. This property also offers a smart TV with multiple streaming services for those cooler days inside or relaxing nights. Off-street parking is an added convenience for guests with vehicles.

Bedding configuration:

Bedroom 1 - 1 x Queen Bed - Ceiling Fan - hanging space

Bedroom 2 - 1 x Queen Bed - Ceiling Fan - hanging space

Bedroom 3 - 2 x Single Bunks



Please be advised, serviced linen is not provided at this property. What is provided are Quilts and Quilt covers, pillows and mattress protectors. Guests are required to bring sheets, bath and beach towels.



If you would like to hire serviced linen, please contact Scott at South Coast Linen Hire at and Scott would be happy to assist with all of your linen hire needs.



Guests are required to bring all personal, pantry and toiletry items as minimal items are supplied and vary at each property. This includes toilet paper.



Please note a Pre-Authorisation form will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. This form is mandatory and will need to be completed prior to you receiving your access instructions. Please call our office directly if you have any questions or concerns regarding this.



There is a small amount of wood provided for the first night and then you can purchase extra bags of wood at the service stations or Bunnings in Ulladulla if required at your own cost.



Pets are not permitted.



This property has a strict No party policy. Booking guests must be over the age of 21 when booking this property, or accompanied by a parent/guardian.



The property does have complimentary Wifi. Please note: Mollymook Milton Holidays will not be held liable for any outages or shortages with internet services.

Close to beach

Was a great location only a street over from the beach. Also walking distance from local shops and eateries. Staff were friendly and check in and out easy.

Perfect Little Beach Cottage

Close to Beach

Cosy little home. Very close to beach. Enough room for a Family of 6. Nice size back yard. Comfortable beds. Only negative was some cobwebs in the corners of ceiling and the BBQ plates were rusted. Would happily stay there again

Basic house, nice location

Nice location, close to the beach and local shops. The house itself was clean and privatebut could be better equipped. ( no hanging space for clothes, lots of dvds as advertised but no player, no decent fry pan, not even a dish brush)

Convenient and quaint

The accomodation was in a great location and was very quaint. Only complaint is there are a few maintenance issues due to it being an old house. Minor inconveniences included leaky taps, bad tv reception, doors not closing properly and no ventilation in toilet.

Mollymook in winter

This is a lovely little cottage moments from the beach and a stone’s throw from the local shops and cafes. It’s also only a couple of minutes drive to Milton or Ulladulla. The house met expectations for both the teens and Mum, and the weather was glorious for July. There is plenty to do without even leaving Mollymook. Please, can we come again!

Mollymook Beach Cottage

This property’s vicinity to the beach and sea is its real advantage as well as its trees with large kookaburra population. Kitchen allows for some cooking, but standard of crockery and utensils could do with some upgrading. Providing sheets and towels and bed reading lights would also make the rent seem more reasonable. On cooler days, the stove and firewood were great.

Needs some TLC

The place had great potential but unfortunately wasn’t very clean. We had to clean when we got there! The fireplace was nice though and it cosied things up. Needs a bit of TLC and it would be lovely.
