Thanks for taking the time to share this. Our home is professionally cleaned between every stay and our cleaning team photographs the home after every turnover. The concerns raised didn't align with our photos, but a guest's experience is everything, so we had our cleaner return within the hour to take care of things, and he was glad to get the hockey game on for your group while he was there. The front entrance sits in an open alcove at the top of Mill Hill, and the wind up here can blow leaves in within hours of a clean. We check it often but nature sometimes beats us to it. We've noted the suggestions about the bed frame and pet signage, and we've already added extra tea towels to the kitchen. On the pet policy, we'd gently note that pets weren't included or declared in your booking, though we happily accommodated them anyway. We take real pride in this home and in being quick to help when anything comes up, and we hope your future travels treat you well.
