On the 1st floor of rue Claude Tillier, a peaceful street accessible quickly by metro, this apartment is the ideal place for a family or a group of friends.

Very Clean, nice kitchen tho no spices. Good WiFi Wish the Washing machine had instructions ; it worked but took 7.5 hours! New showers, great hot water, comfy beds, excellent location steps to Metro and many cafes. We appreciated triple doors; street, courtyard and flat.

All you need

If you are touring Paris this apartment is close to subway. It provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. All the amenities of a hotel and more. Although it has been updated and generally clean there was still a well used feeling to it. Don't let this be discouraging though as we were only in the apartment at night, shower and breakfast and off for our daily adventures.

Weekend stay

The apartment was in a good location and metro a few minutes away. Lots of places to eat and supermarket too.We enjoyed our stay and would definitely use the apartment again.

Appartamento accogliente. Posizione, trasporti e tranquillità. molto buone. Letti ampi e comodi, ottimi dopo aver camminato molto visitando la città. Da prevedere senz'altro un piccolo comodino.La presenza nell'armadio dell'attrezzatura di pulizia riduce lo spazio a disposizione dell'ospite e non è piacevole alla vista

Very Good. Needs mold removal.

This is a very good property with many amenities and appliances. The location is super and shopping including several Boulangeries, Monoprix, and, the Bastille Market (jeudi et dimanche) are nearby. We arrived on a rainy night and the apartment door code did not work. A slight panic after a day of traveling. It took 30 minutes of telephone emails to receive another code. There is no telephone to contact with any issues. The black mold in the bathrooms in several locations and also the mold in the bedrooms needs some treatment.

Un séjour parfait !

L'appartement était super, conforme aux photos et à l'annonce. Nous avons apprécié ne pas avoir besoin de gérer des clés et une heure de rdv avec le système de codes sur les portes immeuble et appartement. L'emplacement top : juste à côté de la station Reuilly-Diderot, de plus toutes les commodités à proximité : boulangeries, supérettes etc...L'appartement était bien propre, la literie très confortable. Nous avons eu un souci le premier matin avec la machine à café qui ne fonctionnait pas, nous avons prévenu par WhatsApp et le problème a été réglé dans la journée. Je ne peux que recommander.

Communication & Check-in were very difficult

While the owners give what appears to be very detailed information about how to get into the property, they don’t actually explain to you how the codes work. We were in the street for quite some time, trying to figure it out. I could not call, because my cell phone wasn’t working for some reason. All I could do was message and email. We never heard from them. After quite some time we finally deciphered the code input got in. During our trip, we stayed in three different cities, all in rented apartments. In both of the other cities, someone with the group met us and let us in, and showed us around the apartment. This whole problem would’ve been solved if they had done that. There were also some other issues during the day, including an electrical outage one night just in the apartment. Again, they did not respond. We had to go to a neighbor who had a better understanding of the electrical boxes in the building. We think the cause was using the dishwasher in the washing machine at the same time. If they had simply told us not to use two appliances at the same time in advance, we never would’ve had the problem. They are getting two stars really just because of the communication. The apartment was nice, and as advertised and the beds were comfortable. The only commenI would make is that they really do not have a fully stocked kitchen. They were not enough cooking utensils and pots. We chose the apartment because we planned to cook every day and only eat out one time per day.

Paris surprise

We arrived by train at Gare de Lyon, walked 15 min to the unit, followed the step by step check in instructions and were unpacking our bags 30 min after getting off the train. Check in is online and codes for the 3 entry doors, as well as pictures and entry procedures are sent a day before arrival. The unit is very modern and clean. WIFI is fast and the Smart TVs are state of the art. Bathrooms are incorporated into each bedroom and are very small, but efficient. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and the refrigerator is full size. Washer dryer combo is good but if you want your clothes this century, use the drying rack instead of the drying cycle. Location is 1 min walk from full service subway station where you can buy tickets and get information from a human. There are 2 grocery stores within 5 min walk and every kind of cuisine within a few steps. The Vietnamese restaurant next door is excellent. Kudos to the Property managers who checked on us periodically and keep the property in top shape. We have been to Paris a dozen times and stayed in accommodations ranging from the Champs Elysees Hilton to a 3bdr/3bth Marais apartment featured on International House Hunters. This Reuilly-Diderot apartment ranks among our favorites for value, comfort and location.

Great place for a quick stay

We had a great trip and this was perfect. Very close to the subway which took us straight to the Louvre Museum.
