The Space:

Welcome to The Snug at Glen Dene — a cosy, light-filled home designed for comfort and easy living, tucked away in a peaceful neighbourhood with lovely mountain glimpses.



Step inside and feel instantly at home in the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space. Bathed in natural light and styled in soft, calming tones, this is a space made for unwinding. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need, while the central island becomes the heart of the home—perfect for morning coffees, shared meals, or a quiet glass of wine in the evening. The dining area flows effortlessly into the lounge, where a comfortable sofa and Smart TV invite you to relax and settle in.



On sunny days, slide open the doors and step out onto the patio—your own little spot to soak up the fresh Wanaka air. Whether it’s a crisp morning coffee wrapped in a blanket or a laid-back dinner as the sun sets, the open outlook across the reserve adds a lovely sense of space and calm.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

The home offers well-appointed bedrooms, all styled with comfort in mind and fitted with quality linens. The master bedroom includes a spacious layout with walk-in wardrobe and ensuite, while the additional bedrooms are ideal for families or groups and are serviced by a modern main bathroom featuring a bath and separate shower.



BEDROOMS:

Master Bedroom: 1 King Bed (Can be split to 2x singles)

Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed

Bedroom 3: 2 Single Beds



***Our flexible bed configuration allows for the option to have the king bed in the master bedroom split into two single beds. A small fee applies for this service—please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you’d like this arranged.***



***Portable cot (with bedding) and a clip-on booster highchair are available for hire at an additional cost. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you’d like to add these to your booking.***

This is self-catering accommodation; however, for your convenience, we will get you started with a few essentials including toilet paper, coffee pods, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, dishcloth, bin liners, and laundry liquid. We use eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend bringing your own beach towels.



Interaction with Guests:

Wanaka Holiday Homes office hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 2pm. We are available after hours for urgent matters. You will be provided with arrival instructions one week prior to arrival. This is self catering holiday home accommodation. We provide sheets and towels but you will need to bring you own personal supplies.
