The living area includes two comfortable couches, Smart TV, unlimited WiFi, and air conditioning, perfect for unwinding after a busy day in the city. Sliding doors open directly onto a private balcony, adding fresh air and elevated city views to the space.



The bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, wardrobe, storage drawers. The private bathroom includes a shower, washer, and dryer for added convenience during your stay.



The fully equipped kitchen comes with a cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, cookware, and a dining table for 3 guests, making longer stays easy and convenient.



Guest Access:

Guests staying in this privately owned apartment have full access to the entire unit in The Barclay Suites. The building is charming, well-managed, and secure, with a building manager onsite. Please note that check-in services and luggage storage are not available through the building manager.

Pre-Check-In Requirements:



*We require a government ID (Passport or Driver's License) and an online check-in form to be completed for the main guest before check-in. This is a building requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. A link to complete the form will be sent closer to your check-in date.



*As per our damage policy, a NZD $350 damage deposit is required to be paid 7 days before arrival via a secure Stripe payment link. The deposit will be fully refunded or reversed within 8-14 days after check-out, provided no issues are found. We’ll send the payment link closer to your check-in date.



SELF CHECK IN to this apartment:



*Key pick-up location is at 72 Albert Street, Auckland CBD. It's a different location from your apartment but is close by. Further self check-in instructions will be sent before your arrival date.



*There is NO carpark available for this apartment, please ask for nearby paid options.



* There is NO luggage storage available for this apartment. But we can suggest nearby paid options.



*Our check-in time is 3pm, for early check-in request, please double check with us in advance for availability.



During stay & Departure:



* We offer a full set of beddings, linens, and towels for each guest. Additional linens are available for a fee upon request.



* Extra cleaning and linens changing services can be arranged during your stay for an extra cost, the same as the cleaning fee per clean. For bookings over 21 days, a mid-stay cleaning is mandatory at the guest's expense. Kindly contact us in advance for any cleaning services.



* A starter pack of refreshments and essentials is provided for your initial days; please restock on your own once it runs out.



* Our check-out time is 10am.



Please note, as the apartment is located in the heart of Auckland CBD, some noise from neighbouring units, street activity, and nearby construction works may occasionally be heard, especially during busy periods and weekends. Ear plugs are provided for light sleepers.
