Few things to consider:


>The unit has bathroom on the mainfloor (right when you enter), living room when you climb fews steps down and bedroom 3 other steps down. All in one private unit, if you have mobility issues, please consider this before booking.

>Property is a basement equipped with Smart thermostat that can be adjusted within the provided range.

> Maximum adults allowed are 2 with 1 bedroom (queen size bed, pillows, 1 comforter & blanket). The couch/sofa bed located in the private living room has 1 blanket, 2 couch pillows and a flat sheet. No additional sleeping arrangements made for the same.

> Washroom is compact that can only fit 1 person while showering (stand up shower) with a toilet and wash basin, would be sufficient for shorter stays. We recommend you to refer to the images before booking.

> We can only provide 1 free parking on the driveway for 1 vehicle as street parking is reserved for our family guests that may arrive.

> For stays longer than 1 day, we provide free dishwashing and refilling of water (filtered) jug on request.

>We use regular laundry detergent and cleaning supplies to wash and disinfect all fabric/linen provided. If you do have any allergies or sensitivity to scents, please let us know at least 1 week ahead of time.

>Laundry room access and use is not included as the cost of each stay doesn't cover it.
