The Space:

You will arrive to a light-filled home where floor-to-ceiling glass pulls the mountains inside. The open-plan living area flows onto a wide deck with the hot tub, BBQ, and views across to the ranges.

The kitchen is fully equipped for serious cooking – stone benchtops, quality appliances, and enough space that two people can work side by side without negotiating. After dinner, settle into the main lounge with its 60-inch TV, or retreat to the dedicated media room where a 100-inch screen turns movie night into an event.

The main house has three bedrooms: a king master and two queen rooms, served by three bathrooms (one en suite, one family, one guest). Linen is crisp, beds are comfortable, and blackout curtains keep the room dark for a proper sleep-in.

The separate studio flat has its own entrance, queen bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, washer and dryer, and air conditioning. It's completely self-contained – perfect for guests who want to keep their own rhythm.

Out the back, the lawn opens onto a reserve with a zip-line and enough flat grass for cricket, frisbee, or letting kids burn off energy. The deck is where you'll spend your evenings – tongs in one hand, drink in the other, watching the light change on the mountains.



Guest Access:

You have full private access to the entire property during your stay, including the main three-bedroom villa, the separate self-contained studio flat, all living areas, decks, outdoor spaces, hot tub, and BBQ area.

Free off-street parking for multiple vehicles, with room for a boat trailer.

Self check-in via key safe – your unique code arrives 48 hours before your stay. No need to coordinate arrival times with anyone. Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Simply enter the code, collect the key, and you're in.

The studio flat has its own separate entrance for complete flexibility.

Wi-Fi runs at 345 Mbps, fast enough for video calls, streaming, and remote work without a hiccup. A dedicated workspace is set up if you need to get things done.

All linen, towels, and essentials are provided. The house has heating throughout and a fireplace for cooler evenings.

The water here is worth mentioning: drawn from a pristine groundwater source, naturally filtered through fractured rock beneath Lake Wakatipu, then UV-sterilised with no chlorine or chemical treatment. Fill your bottle from the tap – it's exceptional.

It winds through native beech forest – thick with birdsong – down to a sheltered lake beach that's perfect for swimming, picnics, or a morning paddle. A short climb from there takes you to Picnic Point for panoramic views across Lake Wakatipu.

The Queenstown–Glenorchy Road is sealed and well-maintained year-round. Queenstown's ski fields (The Remarkables and Coronet Peak) are 30–40 minutes' drive. In summer, jet boating, bungy, hiking, and wine tours are all within easy reach.

The property is just a 15-minute scenic drive from vibrant Queenstown along the Glenorchy Road, making it easy to enjoy both seclusion and all the town has to offer - world-class dining, shopping, and adventure activities. A car is ideal for fully enjoying the surrounding region, but everything you need for a relaxing stay is close at hand.



By Car: Recommended for maximum flexibility. Queenstown Airport is approximately 20–25 minutes away. Free on-site parking is available for multiple vehicles.

Taxis & Ride-Share: Readily available from Queenstown and the airport (Uber and local taxi services operate in the area).
