Three large bedrooms with the most comfortable Australian made mattresses and furniture:

Bedroom 1 - King Bed
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed
Bedroom 3 - 2 x king single bunk sets (sleeps 4 adults or kids)

Guests have access to the entire property. No garage Access, although space for two cars on the driveway and plenty of street parking.

Three steps up to front door, otherwise no stairs in the house and plenty of room to move around.

Please note firewood for the first fire is provided - BYO after that (you can buy from the local service station). There are also heaters in all bedrooms.
Strictly no schoolies, hens/bucks or parties.
No events.
