The property was very clean, but the could definitely use an update, especially the electrical outlets, bathrooms and kitchen. The view from the living room area out to the beach and ocean was wonderful!

I'm sorry the décor and some features felt dated, particularly the outlets, bathrooms, and kitchen. The condo itself was very nice, bed was comfy, so was Murphy bed. We had 2 issues that give it a lower score. The main issue is we had no towels, washcloths, hand towels or bath mat until 6pm the night before we left (we stayed 2 nights). Despite frequent texting and calling twice, no one could get us linens the night we checked in. We got them at 6pm the second night Our other issue was with the goopy gray stuff they had put in all the cracks of the concrete in each of all 3 levels of stairwell. It was probably supposed to be”cure” and harden but it didn’t, so it got all over the steps, people tracked it down the hallways, we had some on our shoes before we realized where it was coming from. Both of these were a surprise to us, considering how much we paid to stay there.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m very sorry about the delay in receiving linens and the residue on the stairwell. We will speak to the HOA about the concrete repair they completed just before your stay. It's clear their work was not fully dry or the compound was not mixed correctly. We have also corrected the housekeeping scheduling errors that led to your delayed linen drop. Thank you again for the feedback; please know that we have used it to improve.
