Oceanfront Master Suite has a King bed,, Balcony access, Flat screen TV, Large walk in closet and large Master bath with Jacuzzi tub, walk in shower, and his and hers vanity.
Second bedroom has Queen bed and private Bathroom. Third bedroom has 2 twin beds and is across the hall from large guest bathroom. Both guest rooms have flat screen TV's, walk in closets and Ocean views!
Take a stroll down the beach to Sunglow Fishing Pier and Crabby Joes Restaurant for cocktails over the ocean and Breakfast Lunch and Dinner!
Secured entrance to the building as well as secured underground parking for one car per unit. Upper open parking deck is first come first served. 2 Car Max per unit

Sanibel is a one week minimum rental building. Booking will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking date or next business day by the owner's property management company.
The property was as described in the listing, we didn't have any surprises. the property was clean and the process to get in was simple. We were a last minute booking but they responded in a timely manner. The pool is still under repair, this was noted in the listing and reiterated during our correspondence so there was no confusion. We had a really nice stay and would book with them again.

The Only Thing Luxury is the Address
Some people enjoy cruises or all-inclusive vacations, but I prefer luxury beachfront condominiums, staying two to three times a year. For nearly 15 years, Daytona Beach Shores has been my destination of choice, so I know what to expect from premium rentals costing thousands of dollars per week.This property initially seemed to meet the luxury standard. It’s a well-maintained condo near the no-drive beach, with a spacious corner-unit balcony, great views, and convenient parking. However, the issues during my stay overshadowed these positives:The unit wasn’t properly prepared. Furniture and plants were left out of place, with a faux plant on the bed and another in the bathroom. Cockroaches were a persistent problem, appearing in the kitchen, closets, and even the dishwasher. Several lights weren’t working, with no spare bulbs provided. A kitchen drawer fell apart, and a cable box hung from the wall. Basic amenities like trash bags, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and laundry detergent were insufficient or missing. The kitchen lacked essential tools, and the TVs didn’t work, with no instructions to fix them.While the unit’s owner is ultimately responsible, the property management company failed in its duties. Their role is to ensure cleanliness, functional appliances, and adequate supplies. This experience was unacceptable, and I will avoid properties managed by this company in the future.

Overall great location
Check in was supposed to be at 3pm, they didn’t have anything ready until after 4 which is frustrating when you are traveling all day. Overall the place was clean however clearly not deep cleaned as dust was everywhere still (by tv and on end tables) the washer wasn’t working properly when we went to use it a few days into our stay. A code was shown and I was going to call the office but Out of the blue the next day I was contacted to be told they were sending someone to fix it. (I didn’t call anyone) they told me it was fixed (it wasn’t) and then they were asking me if it was still doing what it was before? I told them I was confused because I hadn’t called in a work order in it, they asked for my number to give to the maintenance guy and he called me and asked what was wrong I told him I was confused and then he said he had to order a part and it would be a couple days. Really wasn’t an issue for me but clearly lack of communication all the way around. The pool was closed for a few days as well but it didn’t bother me as we didn’t use it. The hot tub was cold which was a bummer but not anything we or the owner could do about it so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall it’s a great location and I would go back however not for the price. When you add all little things it becomes a little bit of an annoyance. I still would recommend if the price was lower for sure

Nice rental
Great rental. But washer was faulty. Kept showing different error codes all week. Needs more bath towels
