The price for the size of the place and the number of people that could stay was high. We did have a dog so it bumped it up 50 a night. The bathroom is small. The property was clean but was lived in and dingy. It was nice being on the lake, although the water was murky from storms. The owner was nice and accommodating.

Our rates reflect the home's amenities, lakefront location, occupancy, and comparable properties in the area, and we'd like to clarify that the pet fee is a one-time charge for the stay, not a nightly fee. We were glad to hear you found the property clean, and we'll certainly review your comments about the space feeling lived in to see if anything needs additional attention. The bathroom's compact size is shown in our listing photos, and while smaller, it's fully functional. We try to be as transparent as possible about the property's size, layout, and rates so guests can review these details before booking, and we appreciate you staying with us.

The place was very clean and convenient. We had a mishap with VRBO not sending check-in/check-out procedures. However, Jennifer was able to contact us and help us out. We loved using the dock. The house was cool and comfortable. I brought my kayak and explored. The neighbor's small dogs escaped and tried to instigate a fight with my dog. However, no one was injured.
