Situated in an end-unit at the popular Breakers community, this inviting retreat accommodates up to 5 guests and is the perfect home base for couples, small families, or friends looking to experience the very best of Hilton Head Island.

Inside, the bright, open-concept living space is designed to maximize the spectacular ocean views. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the living and dining areas, creating a welcoming space to gather after a day on the beach. Step onto your private oceanfront balcony to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the Atlantic or unwind in the evening with the soothing sounds of the waves. The villa features a comfortable queen bedroom, built-in hallway bunk beds that kids will love, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, comfortably hosting up to 6 guests. An in-unit washer and dryer and thoughtful amenities provide all the comforts of home.

Guests will appreciate the convenience of the exterior elevator, making arrivals and departures effortless. Breakers stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great experience and great location. However we were changing villas and had to be out of the current villa at 10 am. The next villa on same property was not rented the week before and we had requested to make a direct transfer. We were not permitted to check in until 12pm because this was Island Rentals policy. We had to put all of our stuff in our car. Wait 2 hours and then we checked in to the next villa. Otherwise the stay was perfect. Highly recommend this area and property.

The twin size bunk beds, were not twin at all were tiny. The listing stated that we had an oven, but there was no oven in the room, along with the microwave didn’t open all the way. The sink was clogged when we got there. Once we arrived we had a very difficult time getting our code to the room. Other than that the room was what we paid for.

The listing accurately reflects the amenities included in the kitchen. Due to the compact floor plans at Breakers, units generally have either a dishwasher or a full-size oven, and the photos clearly show the kitchen layout and appliances provided. The home is not advertised as having an oven. We also appreciate you mentioning the clogged sink and microwave. Unfortunately, these concerns were not reported to us during your stay. Had we been made aware, our maintenance team would have been happy to respond promptly and address them. Thank you for choosing Island Rentals of Hilton Head. Good place in a great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We like staying near Coligny for the beach and the plaza. There's a lot of good places to eat and shop there, and the sand is nice and has lots of room. The unit itself was good. Nice decor, the two bunks would be good for someone with young kids, all the appliances were in good shape. Unit was clean and stocked up on arrival, and it's nice to have the beach chairs. The bathroom sink is small, to make it less crowded, but it's too small. The bathroom also needs a toilet paper holder, even a floor-standing one. Sooo many decorative pillows, which take up too much of the limited storage space. I like that the patio door has a lock and the fridge had a water filter. The corner location does expose you to the music from Tiki Hut or the park until about 10 pm. But it's also good because the stairs and parking spots are right there. Lastly for the overall property I wish the pool would have "adult swim" after 6 PM or something.

Being able to easily enjoy the beach, dining, shopping, and entertainment is certainly one of the highlights of this location. We appreciate your suggestions regarding the bathroom, storage space, and decorative pillows and will be happy to pass those comments along for consideration. As you mentioned, the corner location offers convenient access to the stairs and parking while also being close to the activity around Coligny. Many of our guests specifically enjoy being able to hear the nearby live music as part of the area's fun atmosphere, although we understand that may not be every guest's preference. Regarding the pool, this is a very family-friendly community, so an adults-only swim period is not something we would anticipate being offered. We understand the appeal of having some quieter pool time, though, and appreciate the suggestion. Thank you for choosing Island Rentals of Hilton Head. We're happy you enjoyed your stay overall and hope to welcome you back for another Coligny getaway!
