Excellent location, steps away from the beach. Very clean and excellent communication. Kitchen has everything you need. Convenient shopping and restaurants in the plaza across the street.

We were able to stay at your beautiful property for a week Don and we had such a great time!!! There are so many restaurants and shops right there in walking distance that unless you want to go somewhere special…… you don’t even have to move your car!!!! We went out about 3 times one of those was for our 56th anniversary so we went to Cranes Tavern & Grill it was great! The last night we went to the old Oyster Factory and sat right on the water it was great too!! All in all it was an awesome anniversary trip!! Thank you Don for sharing your beautiful property with us!!Gary & Kathy Green

Location was terrific. Right on the beach, oceanfront condo. Also across the street from Coligny plaza. Had a great time.

This place was absolutely perfect for my husband and I. Walking distance to shops and tons of restaurants. There’s also a grocery store that is very walkable. We sat out in the balcony every morning and watched the dolphins swim along the coast line. The only thing that caught us off guard was that there was only one partial roll of toilet paper! We were staying for 5 nights so it wasn’t enough. Not a huge deal we walked down to the grocery to get more but just a heads up for future renters. Regardless we would love to stay again!

We enjoyed our short stay. The unit is exactly as pictured. Would highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay in the area, plus location was super convenient and parking was included.

Rental was very nice, couldn’t beat the beautiful ocean view! Owner sent us a text the day of letting us know the rental was ready earlier than expected. What nice people! Space was perfect for two people, had everything we needed for our stay. Only wish it had been longer.

Overall, I would recommend this property. The view is beautiful though counter height chairs would be really nice (the railing is in a really bad spot). The condo was clean and check in / parking was a breeze. It is in easy walking distance to several casual restaurants. The beach is beautiful. It was, however, very crowded. We walked up the beach a hundred yards or so as it was much less busy. Be warned, the condo, while well kept and clean is quite small.

We would stay there again! The view from the balcony was great! The dishwasher was in disrepair. We had an issue with getting into the condo with the lock code, but the issue was quickly resolved after contacting owner.

Incredible views just steps away from the beach! The condo itself is so comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. We literally parked and didn’t have to get in the car again for the entire week- great shopping area with restaurants within close walking distance. Communication with owners is wonderful.

The condo was just as listed - it was a bit cramped, very small and felt a little chaotic with little to no storage for luggage/belongings but otherwise everything was really great!
