With a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean right from the private balcony, a large flatscreen TV in the living area -- perfect for movie nights with family and friends -- and a spacious dining room that seats six, this beautiful getaway has the perfect amount of room for everyone in your group. This condo also features a stunning, full kitchen with granite countertops and a private washer/dryer. Guests will also have access to on-site amenities including a shared pool, hot tub, sports courts, fitness room, grilling areas, and more!

You and your guests will also enjoy exclusive access to a host of incredible on-site amenities including seasonal pools, a hot tub, tennis center, picnic areas, and five convenient beach access points. And while this community is tucked away in a quiet corner of Hilton Head, it is also just minutes away from some of the most popular attractions on the island.

The lap pool, kiddie pool, and tanning shelf will close on the evening of October 29, 2023, and re-plaster work begins on October 30. The hot tub will close on the evening of November 24. (Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is not available.) All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction).

The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 4.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Overall the fourth-floor unit in the Atlantis building was excellent, conveniently located just a few feet from the elevator. Access to the ocean was an easy two-minute walk to the beach via ramp without stairs. The "stunning oceanview" was blocked by a giant oak tree. That and the lack of adequate coffee cups (only three) and wine glasses keep us from rating it five star. Note that there are absolutely no kitchen condiments, not even salt and pepper, but we understand that is true of all Vacasa properties. As VRBO owners ourselves, that was surprising to us. This unit did have a Keurig coffee maker that was not shown or listed, which was a bonus. Would we stay at this unit again: yes.

Family beach trip

Everything was very clean, the home was stocked with lots of things for our stay. Very short walk to the beach - may be shorter than the walk to the pool. We have a 6 and 3 year old and the rooms were set up perfectly for us and plenty of space. Definitely recommend and would absolutely come back! Thank you!

Nice beach accesses. Easy to get in and out of the gated complex. Felt safe. Nice community shared spaces for family. We didn’t stay long enough to utilize them but they had a good atmosphere & various areas to be outside together.

Needs makeover

We hada great time in Hilton Head. It is beautiful. The grounds have beautiful landscaping and very neat and clean. However, we were very disappointed with several issues in unit 1403. Hardly any cookware available for cooking. One small fry pan, no sheets available for sleeper sofa, 2 shelves broken off on door of refrigerator. Electrical outlet covers missing, one of outlets in bedroom didn't work. Broken window shades. We paid $1500.00 for 3 nights when we called about Electrical outlet, we were told that it would be taken care of and we never saw anyone. In the master bedroom the king sized bed had queen headboard that wasn't attached. The entire unit should be updated for the amount we paid. Regina Underwood

Family vacation

The proximity to the beach was the best thing about this place. The master bedroom had great space and secondary bedroom was fine. The view from balcony is fair, unless you are standing at the railing and peering over to the right to see the ocean/beach. The kitchen was adequate, 2 shelves on refrigerator door were broken eliminating that much needed space for storage. Lastly the condo smelled moldy every time you walked in. When I reported it someone did come clean the outside slats of one vent that had visible mold; however, when you shut the vent there was mold all on interior slats so the venting system really needs to be inspected and cleaned.

A great, relaxing week!

This place was very clean and very well prepared for our stay! Definitely felt like “home away from home”. Impressed with the quietness even though it was very well occupied while we were there.

Needed more thorough cleaning and upgrades

This condo was in a good location, but the “ocean view” description was a little embellished. We could see a small bit of the ocean standing in the very far corner of the balcony. The carpet in the bedrooms hadn’t been vacuumed and the bathroom floors and walls were dirty. The bedspreads were old and dingy, and the guest beds were uncomfortable. There were dusty artificial plants throughout the condo, and the vertical blinds in living area and master bedroom were broken and missing slats. The appliances were old, and refrigerator was rusty and dirty. The tvs were outdated, and although I’m sure the VCR and DVD players were top of the line at some point, we were glad we thought to bring a Roku stick for the kids in the evening. The management did offer to send someone out to clean better, but by that time we were already moved in and didn’t want anyone coming in. Housekeeping called on Monday (we arrived Saturday) and also offered to send someone, but we had already cleaned by then. We did appreciate the communication with Vacasa management, but the condo itself is just in need of a good, deep clean and upgrading. Overall we had a great vacation, fun with our kids, and enjoyed the beach. We have been staying at the Island Club for 20+ years and will be back, just not to this particular condo.

Great Property

Loved the complex and location. The unit was updated in what appears to be 2005. It’s nice but the utensils in the kitchen are lacking and the beds/couches are uncomfortable. But can’t beat the proximity to the amazing beach.

Perfect location

We had a great stay here. The condo is in the perfect location. The elevator is nearby for east access. The boardwalk to the beach is also just around the corner. We would stay here again for sure!!!!!

Great Location and Beach Access

Very nice condo. Great location. Easy access to beach. Also easy access for parking, loading and unloading from the elevator to the condo. Wouldn’t say views are stunning thanks to trees blocking the ocean, but it’s a great value for Hilton Head.

Weekend trip

We stayed here for a little weekend getaway. Pros: The location was great. The bed was comfy. The kitchen was well equipped. Cons: The cleaning company/crew needs to do a better job. We found a pair of woman panties in the kitchen and a pair of little girl panties in one of the rooms. There was dust on the walls. The furniture needs updated. The carpet needs to updated or a good deep clean. The bathroom tub faucet water was leaking out the back of it. The instructions on how to get our packet and keys for the condo was terrible! No one was at the security gate when we arrived, so I had to call the managing company to give me instructions and directions on how to get my packet/keys. They need better structured details and directions for guest and/or have a 24 hour security guard available for guest. Our trip was not ruined but I do think for the money it is in need of more updating and better management.
