このヴィラは2ベッドルーム、2バスルームのコンドミニアム、リビングとダイニングエリアが組み合わされています。 寝具は、マスターベッドルームにキングサイズベッド、ゲストベッドルームにクイーンサイズベッドを提供します。 リビングルームの外にはバルコニーがあり、素晴らしいオーシャンサイドビューを提供しています。

Amazing Time in Hilton Head

We enjoyed a great week! The accommodations were a perfect size for our family of 4. Easy access to the beach that was never too crowded. The pools next door could get busy, but we managed to find chairs and the kids would be in the pool at all times. Our youngest can’t quite swim yet so loved that the pool had a fairly shallow section she could roam about in. They had a place to order food and drinks which was really nice. 100% would rent here again!

Lots of steps

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great and the location was perfect. Except the elevator was broken the entire time we were there and we had to work 4 flights of steps everytime we went anywhere. That meant multiple trips each day. Luckily we were physically able to do this but not everyone could do this. We weren’t really informed of this problem and when we questioned we were told it would be fixed soon. But unfortunately wasn’t. I feel like we should’ve been kept informed . For the price of the condo I would expect more. The contract states that if there is a problem 10% of the cost should be refunded. Nothing was mentioned or offered. This seems like a fair offer for having to climb 4 flights of steps at least 5 times a day.

Bathroom door off the track, had to fix the toilet so it would flush, no batteries in remote and broken elevator the last 2 days resulting in us carrying luggage from the 4th floor. It didn’t seem like vacation time was placing much urgency on getting this fixed. We would stay here again due to being able to use the Hilton Amenities.

You can't beat the location, just a quick walk to the beach. Plus, it's a short walk to Coligny Plaza Shopping Center. The layout of the villa is perfect for two couple or two sets of friends.

A perfect spot

The location, amenities, and the condo were all wonderful. The condo itself was just the right size for the 2 of us. It was very clean, and had all we needed. 2 minor issues- the lock on the slider was broken but it didn’t impact us in any way and we had no idea there was overflow parking which caused a little drama on a few nights so maybe just have the team checking guests in make that known especially on a busy week. We would definitely return!

Loved the property

We loved the property. The location and use of the resort amenities is nice. We would stay here again. The only small complaint I would have is that we had to go and pick up keys to check in to property. Most places we have stayed email or text a code to you after 4 o’clock and you can just go straight to your condo. So this was an extra step but not a big deal

Great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Best location to walk to Coligny shopping and restaurants. Quick walk to pool and beach. Condo was clean and met our needs. Check in was easy. Pool was wonderful, big, and had a pool side grill/drinks was a nice touch. Condo provided a couple of detergent packs and extra toilet paper. Cons: They did not provide a keurig machine. Most places we stay at do have a keurig, so I think that should be looked into. Also parking gets tricky in the late evening. All surface and garage spots were full, as was the checkin location across the street at LeMoyne. We were pretty much on our own to figure out where to park. In light of this, we started walking to dinner to Coligny Shopping Center each night instead of driving. It's about a 10-15 minute easy sidewalk walk. Also bath linens/towels were awful- like sandpaper rough.

Clean & Pretty condo in a great location!

Reviewer Comments: This property sits right next to Ocean Oak, a Hilton Grand Vacation Resort, and guests have access to all of their amenities such as the gorgeous pooll. It has great beach access and is walking distance to Coligny. You could very easily make do without a car. The unit itself is super clean and recently renovated, but small. It is 2 bed 2 bath, but it’s important to know that it is tight. You’ll probably be outside so it’s not critical, and there is a view of the beach from one side of the balcony for that person that likes to drink her coffee looking at the water (guilty as charged). Both bedrooms have windows that look onto the outside walkways between units, so some parents might want to be aware of that. The management company was very nice and helpful. All in all, it’s a clean, pretty little condo.

Over promised and under delivered

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I stayed for the week of Christmas 2023. We were excited to stay in a place that had shared amenities that included a heated pool and 2 hot tubs (which is of course hard to find in December). During the whole week of our stay only 1 total hot tub was working a total of one day. The pools were not heated at all the whole time and the spa that shared space with that pool was “out of order” the whole time. Each night the front desk assured us it was being fixed, however they knew the parts were on order and it wouldn’t be fixed until the spring.The condo itself was nice. It was clean and well supplied. They provided laundry and dishwasher pods as well as paper towels and dish soap. All of the other “neighbors” in the complex were nice, polite and most of all good neighbors. It was quiet and cozy. If you are not looking for the pool/ spa to make your vacation complete this is an awesome rental.

Week of Summer Bliss

Perfect location. Use of Hilton amenities was excellent. Great beach access. Was able to rent bikes and easy walk/ride to tons of restaurants and activities. Small living space but enough when you spend most of your time outside doing things anyway. Thank you for the amazing vacation!

Family vacation

Loved staying here with my small family. We enjoyed our stay and proximity to everything. We walked to get coffee or to the park,near by, almost everyday. The only thing i would say is it would have been nice to have some small kitchen amenities available. We cooked food 50% of the time and had to purchase basic salt and pepper. Not a big deal, but something to mention. Overall, great place to stay and would stay again.

Great location

Had a great visit. Living room area was a little small, but that was mentioned in previous reviews so I was prepare for that. My only reason for not giving it a 5 out of 5 was the property management company decided to charge me another $15 for a vaguely described “1% tax that was recently added ” when I had paid in full a month ago.

Perfect Condo on the Beach

The condo was just as pictured, had everything we needed and was in a great location! Being able to use the Hilton pool and beach access was the best!
