Howard

The property is nice, with foliage, two manned security gates, and a parking garage. Mr. Rodney, the gatekeeper, is very nice. The apartment was relatively clean, with Internet, has a lot to watch on the TV, and is located near lots of food, banks, supermarkets, the Emancipation Park, and almost anything one needs. On the other hand, the hot water worked for a couple of hours the first day, but after that it was non-existent. Even though I loved the eco-friendly a/c unit in the bedroom, there were no blankets. I have stayed on the North Coast several times and was able to communicate personally with the hosts, not messaging through WhatsApp. This could have been a great or excellent review had it not been for those things. Overall, this is a nice, safe apartment for a couple or one adult.

This is a very beautiful place to stay in Kingston Jamaica. A gated community with nice people,

I was born and raised in Kingston and most of my family are living there. I know the area very well. This is a very beautiful place to stay in Kingston Jamaica. A gated community with nice people around you. I would recommend this place to any one of friends and family. Communication with property manager was excellent she is a very nice person.

Amazing

We love the property. Not a large apartment, its an average size with nice big furnitures. Kitchen with everything you need. Big large pillow top firm bed. Beautiful living room with comfortable sofas n large samsung TV on wall, sliding doors shower in bathroom. Closets, AC & fan. 24 hrs security in gated community. Neighborhood is lively and everything n anything is around there.. Absolutely amazing place. P.S the owner Janice is amazing on communicating and also let you have your privacy if choose so but is there at the ring.
