Island State of Mind! Amazing backyard on water with heated pool!

Beautiful pool home with a stunning travertine deck and tiki hut on the water and wildlife sanctuary! Comes with kayaks and paddle and fish for tarpon in your private and quiet backyard! No other place is as private in back as this pool! Also, ask about having the pool heated for your stay, it's just an extra fee of $35/day. Just 8 min to the nearest beach. Down the street from Kelly Park and boat ramp!

Because we are located near a wildlife sanctuary, please understand that there are alligators, bugs, snakes and other wildlife present outside and may get more no-see-ums and mosquitoes than normal. No-see-ums are hard to repel, but we recommend Skin-So-Soft!

What are no-see-ums? A harmless yet pesky insect that is more annoying than anything - A tiny biting fly! What are no-see-ums attracted too? People!! Why?? Because we give off body heat-they love the heat, body oder-one of the most attractive smells is body oder and perspiration, certains perfumes can also be attractive and carbon dioxide-every time you exhale, you release carbon dioxide and this is the primary thing that they are attracted to! So there really is no escaping them, but you can help repel them. Lemongrass, citronella and eucalyptus are some natural remedies or bug spray - skin-so-soft works well! Helpful things for their itchy bites and inflammation are camphor, menthol and arnica.

Great house for family

This house is great for a family. Very close to many activties. Ocean is a 10 min drive, and Disney is only 45 mins away. Got to see a rocket launch from the pool! Would stay again

Nice house in a great neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed. We had one little issue and it was addressed immediately. We would definitely stay there again.

The perfect place for a beach/Disney vacation

This was a great property. We were a family of 6, 3 adults and 3 children and we had plenty of room and the kids loved the pool. Easy access to the beach and not to bad of a drive into Orlando for a few visits to the Disney parks.

Easter week vacation

Fantastic week in a lovely home which is as advertised and was very comfortable and welcoming for our family of four. We were lucky enough to be there to see a rocket launch, took a boat tour through the mangroves to see dolphins and manatees as well as an airboat ride where we got to see some large gators.

Just what we wanted

Nice house, great pool area. Quiet neighborhood but not too far from grocery stores and the beach. Owners responded quickly. House was clean and beds were comfortable. Definitely a 5 star rental!

Lovely home

My family loved this beautiful home. It was very clean and the pool was the best. My family enjoyed the pool for hours each day. The sunset views of the pond in the backyard are just perfect. There was plenty of space in the living room and dining room to relax and enjoy meals. The neighborhood is so quiet, yet you are so close to the beach, stores and other fun things to do. We will certainly be stay in this lovely home again!

Beautiful home, very relaxing, enjoyed all the wildlife out back! Gators, (No Problem) All different kinds of birds,fished off the dock... Great location! The home had everything we needed for our stay.Host Dennis & Lyndsey did a fantastic job and communications between us was easy with fast replies.

Cocoa Beach vacation

The home owner went above and beyond. Our family truly enjoyed this beach theme home during our vacation. The heated pool made it so enjoyable during the rainy nights. We enjoyed the kayaks and all the wildlife around the water.
