Relaxed and welcoming, this 3 bedroom Pet friendly Holiday Home on Ngunguru Waterfront offers comfortable accommodation for up to 7 guests.

The Waterfront, boasting a large front deck with outdoor dining, bbq. A full function kitchen includes oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and coffee maker.

The covered sundeck dining area ideal for shared meals, or doubles as bright office area.



The kitchen bar is open to a spacious lounge, with smart tv, a cosy fireplace for heating that is rarely needed, and lovely views of the Ngunguru Estuary.



The Waterfront holiday home will set you up to make the most of summer, with offstreet parking and a central location under 5 minutes walk from the golf club, sports complex, boat ramps, childrens playground, takeaways, convenience store, and of course, just 10 steps from the gate of the property to the Ngunguru estuary, a favourite for summer dips by locals of all ages.



**We are open to pet stays, however please enquire as may not be suitable for large dogs.



The Space:

The Waterfront is a 3 bedroom holiday home, situated in central Ngunguru close to the water and amenities.

Bedroom 1 fitted with Queen bed, Bedroom 2 Double bed and Bedroom 3 has a bunk with double on the base and single on top (single is best for children or small adults).

We have a full bathroom with tiled shower, heated flooring, and an additional toilet in the laundry area of the internally accessible garage.



There are 3 off-street parks on the property, including the front lawn (room enough for a small boat) and a secure garage which will fit one small vehicle.

*Please note, the shared driveway is a throughfare to the back of the property - is not available for parking and must be kept clear for access at all times.** Thank you!

Please also note the front deck does not have a balustrade so while a family friendly property, little ones will need to be monitored at all times in this area.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the home, lawn, parking garage for 1 small vehicle and off-street parking at the back behind the house or on the front lawn.



The Neighborhood:

Ngunguru Village is a hub of activity in the summer and a quiet residential area for the rest of the year. You are in walking distance to the estuary river for swims at high tide, to restaurants, cafes, convience store, the waterfront and the sports complex, which has golf course, tennis courts and a pub that screens sports and hosts pool and other regular community activites. Just 5 minutes drive is Tutukaka Marina Hub with restaurants, gift shops, including Tutukaka Surf where you can hire surfboards or book a lesson. Look out for events on the green, and bookable fishing or dive charters for groups can be sourced here too.

Keep driving another 10 minutes or so to get to Matapouri. This beach is one of the favourites of the coast and saught after by holiday makers.

Matapouri Bay and Whale Bay, the gem of the coast, are beautiful golden beaches for bringing the family for a picnic and staying the whole afternoon. Just 5 minutes more and Sandy Bay, renowned surf beach is pumping with holiday makers and locals enjoying the swell in a gorgeous location.



Getting Around:

Located in closest suburb on the coast to Whangarei, ideal for those working in the area that need to keep commute. Yet only 5 - 10 minutes to access the Tutukaka Hub or the golden beaches of Matapouri Bay.



Other Things to Note:

Linen Hire and Departure cleans are included with all bookings.

This includes beds made up for your arrival, bath towels, bath mats, guest towels, tea towels and face cloths provided for you based on the number of people booked.

There is no WIFI at the home.

There is a house manual in the home with instructions and information about the home as well as the wider area.
