Manatee watching April-May-June and on & off through the rest of the year. Kayaking East to Mayakka or West to Venice Jetty’s. 2 miles from Nokomis Beach. 2 miles to downtown Venice. Quiet private road access. Legacy trail less than 1 mile away. Kayaks , fishing poles and shark tooth rakes provided. BBQ grill on site. 1 car garage.

This property is absolutely outstanding, inside and out. We love the location for easy access to the Legacy Trail just a half mile away, ideal for walking and biking. And it's right on the water with easy access for kayaking. The hosts are right next door, and readily available should you need anything. Five stars all around!

Great home in a wonderful location.

This was our second time staying at this home and we loved it both times. The place is clean, comfortable with a beautiful view of the water. We loved being able to kayak every day and the location was very convenient to the bike path.

Girls Getaway

We are boaters. We live in this area because we love that we can get to the gulf from our home but are still nestled away from all the hustle bustle.

Nokomis is a boating community. The neighborhood is quiet. It has many canals and is enclosed by 2 creeks - Shakett and Curry. It is near several beaches, close to grocery stores and retail stores and near downtown Venice for shopping!

この宿泊施設の特徴

The view at this property is amazing from dawn til dusk. There is a bird sanctuary behind the house on the other side of the creek. You can see all sorts of wildlife from birds, to gators, to manatee and all sorts of fish species. It’s in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by water yet close to everything.
